المستخلص: تعتبر عملية تثقيف وتوعية المجتمع بمتطلبات فئة من الفئات الهامة وهي ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة أو متحدي الإعاقة (متلازمه داون)، من المهام التي تسعى لتحقيقها المؤسسات العاملة في هذا المجال، حيث قطعت شوطا كبيراً في هذا الاتجاه وجاءت كثير من الأبحاث والدراسات في إطار توعية المجتمع بأهمية دمج هذه الفئة. والدمج يعني التكامل الاجتماعي والتعليمي للأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والأطفال العاديين في الفصول العادية ولجزء من اليوم الدراسي على الأقل، حيث يرتبط هذا التعريف بشرطين لابد من توافرهما وهما وجود الطالب في الصف العادي لجزء من اليوم الدراسي، إلى جانب الاختلاط الاجتماعي المتكامل والذي يتطلب أن يكون هناك تكامل وتخطيط تربوي مستمر. والدمج في جوهره مفهوم اجتماعي أخلاقي نابع من حركة حقوق الإنسان ضد التصنيف والعزل لأي فرد بسبب إعاقته، فكل أفراد المجتمع في نسيج واحد، إلى جانب تزايد الاتجاهات المجتمعية نحو رفض التصنيف الاجتماعي للأشخاص ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، فسياسة الدمج هي التطبيق التربوي للمبدأ العام الذي يوجه خدمات التربية. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى تعليم الموسيقي لأطفال متلازمة داون القابلين للتعلم بدمجهم مع الأطفال العاديين من خلال الأغنية الحركية كما تكمن الأهمية في الاهتمام بفئة متلازمه داون ودمجهم مع الأطفال العاديين من خلال أنشطة جماعية متمثلة في الأغنية الحركية التي تعمل على تحقيق المشاركة والتعاون والتغلب على بعض الصعوبات التي تواجه هذه الفئة سواء من الجانب النفسي أو الجانب المهني، مما يعود بالأثر الإيجابي على المجتمع ليصبح نسيجا واحد ا وتم اختيار المنهج الوصفي-تحليل المحتوي، لتناسبه مع الدراسة، وكان تساؤل البحث هو هل تساعد الأغنية الحركية فئة متلازمة داون على اكتساب مفاهيم موسيقية من خلال دمجهم مع الأطفال العاديين. ومن خلال استطلاع رأي الخبراء وتحليل النتائج تم الإجابة على تساؤل البحث وشمل البحث على الإطار النظري والذي يحتوي على (الدراسات السابقة– التعليم الموسيقي المدمج-متلازمة داون-الأغنية الحركية) والاطار التطبيقي ويحتوي علي (الخطوات الإجرائية– الجلسات- النتائج- التوصيات– الملاحق– المراجع– ملخص البحث).

The process of the community education and awareness about the requirements of the category of people with special needs or persons with disabilities (Down syndrome), is one of the tasks that the institutions working in this field seek to achieve as they have come a long way in this direction and many researches and studies have come in the framework of community awareness of the importance of integrating this category inclusion means social and educational integration for children with special needs and children Ordinary students in regular classes for at least part of the school day, as this definition is linked to two conditions that must be met and they are the student’s presence in the regular class for part of the school day in addition to the integrated social mixing, which requires that there be continuous integration and educational planning and inclusion in its essence a social ethical concept It stems from the human rights movement against the classification and isolation of any individual because of his disability, so all members of society are in One fabric in addition to the increasing societal attitudes towards rejecting the socialization of people with special needs. The policy of inclusion is the educational application of the general principle that directs education services. In caring for the Down syndrome category and integrating them with ordinary children through group activities represented in the dynamic song that works to achieve participation and cooperation and overcome some Difficulties facing this group, whether from the psychological or the professional side, due to the positive impact on society to become one tissue. The descriptive approach was chosen to analyze the content to suit it with the study and the research question was whether the dynamic song helps the Down syndrome group to acquire musical concepts by integrating them with children The ordinary children, through an expert opinion poll and analyzing the results, the research question was answered and the research included the theoretical framework which contains (previous studies - integrated music education - Down syndrome - kinetic song) and the applied framework which contains (procedural steps - sessions - results - recommendations - appendices - References - Research Summary).
