المستخلص: This intervention includes the role of the Algerian library in the strategy of preserving and valuing the manuscript by using the inventory and census tool and showing the role of manuscripts as an archaeological document in their use in academic research, not to mention the library's role as a scientific and cultural institution in archiving, verifying and classifying these manuscripts, relying on the Algerian National Library as a model and its importance in taking care of this heritage, and the extent of its effectiveness and success in monitoring and indexing a greater number of manuscripts.

تتضمن هذه المداخلة دور المكتبة الجزائرية في استراتيجية حفظ وتثمين المخطوط عن طريق استعمال أداة الجرد والإحصاء، وتبيان دور المخطوطات كوثيقة أثرية في استغلالها في البحث العلمي، ناهيك عن دور المكتبة كمؤسسة علمية ثقافية في أرشفة هذه المخطوطات وتحقيقها وتصنيفها، معتمدة على المكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية نموذجا وأهميتها في الاهتمام بهذا التراث، ومدى فعاليتها ونجاحها في رصد عدد أكبر من المخطوطات وفهرستها.

Cette présentation inclut le rôle de la bibliothèque algérienne dans le respect et la stratégie de fixation des prix manuscrit grâce à l'utilisation de l'inventaire et de l'outil statistique, et de démontrer le rôle de manuscrits documenter archéologique en usage dans la recherche scientifique, pour ne pas mentionner le rôle de la science bibliothèque comme une archive culturelle de ces manuscrits et réalisables et classés, basé sur le modèle Bibliothèque nationale d'Algérie et de son importance un intérêt dans ce patrimoine, et de leur efficacité et de succès dans le suivi d'un plus grand nombre de manuscrits et indexé.
