المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية في جودة الخدمات المقدمة في دور رعاية المسنين في عمان. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من دارين من دور رعاية المسنين الخاصة في عمان الغربية هي دار الأمل للمسنين في بيادر وادي السير، ودار الزهراء لرعاية المسنين في مرج الحمام أما وحدة المعاينة فقد تمثلت ب 36 فردا من العاملين بالمسح الشامل. استخدمت الدراسة منهج البحث الوصفي التحليلي، تم بناء أداة الدراسة لغرض قياس متغيرات الدراسة وتم اختبار صدق وثبات الدراسة حيث بلغ معامل كرونباخ الفا 905. تم قياس مستويات متغيرات الدراسة باستخدام أساليب الإحصاء الوصفي من خلال المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، ثم اختبرت فرضيات الأثر باستخدام أساليب الإحصاء الاستدلالي بنتائج تحليل الانحدار الخطي المتعدد والبسيط. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أبرز النتائج الآتية: 1) وجود مستويات مرتفعة من المسؤولية القانونية والأخلاقية ومتوسطة من المسؤولية الاقتصادية والتطوعية. ومستويات مرتفعة في جودة الخدمات المقدمة بأبعادها الخمسة (الضمان، الملموسية، الاعتمادية، الاستجابة، التعاطف) في دور رعاية المسنين الخاصة في عمان الغربية. 2) وجود أثر متوسط إيجابي للمسؤولية الاجتماعية في جودة الخدمات المقدمة في دور رعاية المسنين في عمان الغربية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05). وتمثل هذا الأثر المباشر في المسؤولية الأخلاقية بينما كان الأثر ظاهريا وغير دال احصائيا لكل من المسؤولية الاقتصادية والقانونية والتطوعية في جودة الخدمات المقدمة في دور رعاية المسنين الخاصة في عمان الغربية. 3) وجود أثر متوسط وايجابي للمسؤولية الاجتماعية في اعتمادية الخدمات المقدمة في دور رعاية المسنين الخاصة في عمان الغربية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05). مما يؤكد على درجة من الثقة والاتقان في الخدمة المقدمة في دور رعاية المسنين. 4) عدم وجود أثر للمسؤولية الاجتماعية في (ضمان وملموسية واستجابة وتعاطف) الخدمات المقدمة في دور رعاية المسنين الخاصة في عمان الغربية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05). وأوصت الدراسة بالتوصيات الآتية: 1. تعزيز المستويات المرتفعة من المسؤولية القانونية والأخلاقية والارتقاء بالمستويات المتوسطة من المسؤولية الاقتصادية والطوعية لدور رعاية المسنين، إذ يقع على عتق القطاع الخاص بذل المزيد من العناية والرعاية في مراعاة الجاني الاقتصادي والتطوعي الذي تحتاجه دور الرعاية بالمسنين. 2. تعزيز المستويات المرتفعة من جودة الخدمات المقدمة في دور رعاية المسنين بأبعادها الخمسة (الضمان، والملموسية، والاعتمادية والتعاطف، والطوعية) لما لها من أهمية بالغة في تشكيل منظومة الخدمة الراقية التي تليق بالمسنين نزلاء هذه الدور. 3. تعزيز دور المسؤولية الأخلاقية لما لها من أثر إيجابي في جودة الخدمات المقدمة في درر رعاية المسنين. 4. تعزيز دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية لما لها من أثر إيجابي في اعتمادية الخدمات المقدمة في دور رعاية المسنين 5. إجراء المزيد من الدراسات المتعلقة بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية والخدمات المقدمة في دور رعاية المسنين في الأردن ومقارنة الخاصة منها بالحكومية.

The study aims to examine the impact of social responsibility on the quality of services provided to the elderly people in care centers in Amman. The study population composed of two private elderly care centers in Western Amman; namely Dar al-Amal for the elderly in Bayader Wadi al-Seer and Dar al Zahraa for the elderly in Marj al-Hamam. The sampling unit consisted of 36 of the comprehensive survey staff. The study used the descriptive analytical approach. The study tool was built to measure the variables, and consistency Cronbach’s Coefficient Alfa was 905. The levels of the study variables were measured using descriptive statistics methods through arithmetic averages and standard deviations. The impact hypotheses were tested by inferential methods with the results of multiple and simple linear regression analysis. The study concluded the following findings: 1- There are high levels of legal and ethical responsibility and intermediate levels of economic and discretionary responsibility, and high quality services offered in the five dimensions (assurance, tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, empathy) in the private elderly care centers in West Amman. 2- There is a positive medium impact of social responsibility in the quality of services provided in care centers in Western Amman at (α ≤ 0.05). This direct impact was on ethical responsibility, while the impact on both the economic, legal and discretionary responsibility for the quality of services provided in the private care centers in Western Amman was facial and statistically insignificant. 3- There is a moderate and positive impact of social responsibility on the reliability of services provided in the private care centers in West Amman at (α ≤0.05). This confirms a degree of dependably and accurate services provided in elderly care centers. 4- There is no impact of social responsibility (assurance, tangibility, responsiveness and empathy) on services provided in the private care centers in West Amman at (α ≤0.05). The study concluded the following recommendations: 1. Promote high levels of legal and ethical responsibility and elevate the medium levels of economic and discretionary responsibility of the elderly care centers. Therefore, the private sector has to focus more on the economic and discretionary dimension needed by the elderly care centers. 2. Promote the high levels of quality of the services provided in the elderly care centers in the five dimensions (assurance, tangibility, reliability, empathy and discretionary) because of their critical importance in shaping a progressive service system suitable for the elderly inmates of these centers. 3. Strengthen the role of ethical responsibility for its positive impact on the quality of services provided in the elderly care centers. 4. Strengthen the role of social responsibility for its positive impact on the reliability of services provided in the elderly care centers. 5. Conduct further studies on social responsibility and services offered in care centers in Jordan and compare the private centers with the public ones.
