المستخلص: الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على سيد المرسلين محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم. فإن خطر اللسان محيط بصاحبه الإنسان، مضيع لعمل وسائر وجوه الإحسان، وما من لفظ يجري من الجنان على اللسان إلا عرض على ميزان القرآن. هذا جريان الكلام على الألسن في عادة الناس اليومية كثيرا وغالبا، فكيف إذا تعلقت الألفاظ بمسألة العقيدة من حيث أن هذا اللفظ كفر أو لا، لذا اخترت عنوان (مواطن التكفير باللفظ) موضوعا لبحثي، من حيث إنه مرتبط بعقيدة المسلمين لاسيما الخائضين بلا انتباه غير مكترثين بما تلفظ ألسنتهم حيث إنهم يقفون على حافة عظيم خطرهـا ويحسبون أنهم غير مؤاخذين بما يقولون. وقد جاء البحث بمقدمه وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، أما المبحث الأول: فتناولت فيه لفظة الكفر لغة واصطلاحا في مطلبين، وأما المبحث الثاني: فقد تناولت فيه أصناف الكفار، وفي المبحث الثالث: حاولت جمع كل الألفاظ التي جزم الأحناف بكفر المتلفظ بها وهذا المبحث هو عين المقصود من هذا البحث، وختمت البحث بخاتمة ثم قائمة بالمراجع والمصادر التي اعتمدتها. وانتهى البحث بخاتمة ملخصها: المعنى اللغوي للكفر أكثر من عشر معاني، تتماشى جميعها مع تعريفه الاصطلاحي الشرعي. ويحكم بكفر من أنكر أمرا من أمور الإسلام ثابت بالبداهة من أحكام الإسلام، لمن أنكر ركنا من أركان الإيمان الستة، أو ركنا من أركان الإسلام الخمسة، وما ثبتت بالأدلة القطعية الواضحة. يحكم بتكفير من أنكر أو أستهزأ بحقائق الإسلام وثوابته الثابتة بالدليل القطعي. ومن اعتقد من المسلمين عقائد كفرية، أو نطق بها ولا تأويل فيها، وقضى بذلك فقد كفر. قد يقع تسرع في الكلام بغير قصد تام، أو استهزاء بالدين ويصر صاحبه عليه، مع علمه واعتقاده واختيار فأنه يكفر والعياذ بالله. وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمين... والصلاة والسلام على رسوله الكريم صادق الوعد الأمين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.
