المستخلص: مجال الأرشيف من أكثر المجالات إهمالا في السودان، سواء أن كان أرشيفا تقليديا أو حديثا وهنالك نظرة دونية لمن يمتهنون هذه المهنة، وفي معظم المؤسسات التي يوجد بها قسم أو وحدة أو إدارة خاصة بالأرشيف دائما ما يعانون من الاضطهاد والتهميش وخاصة المؤسسات الحكومية، هذا إضافة إلى قلة الوعي الوثائقي بأهمية الوثائق والأرشيف رغم كونها مصدرا أصيلا من مصادر كتابة التاريخ، ولا شك في أن عدم الاهتمام واللامبالاة بالأرشيف أدى إلى فقداننا للكثير من وثائقنا المهمة التي كان يفترض أن تأخذ طريقها لدور ومراكز الوثائق والأرشيفات القومية لتعكس الممارسات المختلفة لمؤسساتنا السودانية سواء أن كانت حكومية أو خاصة ثم إتاحتها للباحثين والقراء حتى نتمكن من الاستفادة من أخطاء الماضي وتطوير الحاضر لغد مشرق وواعد. بالرغم من يقيني بتردي الأرشيف في المؤسسات ولاسيما الحكومية منها إلا أن هذا الحديث لأبد أن يكون وفقا لدراسات وأبحاث عليمة، ومن هذا المنطلق جاءت هذه الدراسة لتعكس الوضع الراهن للأرشفة الإلكترونية في مؤسسات ولاية الخرطوم وذلك بالوقوف على المشكلات التي تواجه الأرشيف والأرشيفيين ووضع الحلول المناسبة لها وفقا للطرق العلمية الصحيحة، واعتمدت هذه الدراسة علي أدوات الملاحظة والمقابلة مع المسئولين من الأرشيف بالمؤسسات إضافة إلى الاعتماد بصورة رئيسية على الاستبانة العلمية وقد صمم الباحث استبانة خاصة لهذا الغرض ثم وزعت على المؤسسات العامة والخاصة في ولاية الخرطوم وحللت بواسطة برامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS. خلصت الدراسة إلى انعدام وجود الأرشيف الإلكتروني بنسبة بلغت أكثر من 50% من مجموع نسبة المؤسسات التي شملتها الدراسة، أما بقية المؤسسات الأخرى والتي لديها أرشفة إلكترونية فإنها تعاني من العديد من المشكلات التنظيمية والإدارية ولفنية والتهميش وانعدام التشريعات والمعايير الموحدة...الخ، وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات لمعالجة المشكلات التي تواجه الأرشفة الإلكترونية بالمؤسسات موضع الدراسة، واختتمت الدراسة بوضع مقترحات للمواصفات التي يجب توفرها عن اختيار المؤسسة لأحد برامج الأرشفة الإلكترونية.

Despite the uncertain degradation Archive in institutions, especially government ones, but that this talk should be according to studies and research informed, this sense this study was to reflect honestly and transparency of the status quo for archiving electronic institutions Khartoum state and that by standing on the problems facing the archives and archivists and develop solutions appropriate and in accordance with the methods of scientific correct, and adopted this study on the tools of observation and interview with officials from the archive institutions in addition to relying mainly on the questionnaire Scientific has designed researcher questionnaire especially for this purpose, and then distributed to public and private institutions in the state of Khartoum and analyzed by the program of statistical analysis SPSS. The study concluded the lack of electronic archive at a rate of more than 50% of the total proportion of institutions surveyed, while the rest of the other institutions that have archiving electronic, it suffers from many problems, organizational, administrative and technical, marginalization and lack of legislation and common standards ... etc., and the study provided a set of recommendations to address the problems faced by the electronic archiving institutions under study, and the study concluded develop proposals for specifications that must be met for the institution of choice for a software electronic archiving.
