All these and other questions I saw answered in my research under the title: The financial benefits of divorced women and their relationship to compensation for arbitrary divorce between Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian family law (comparative analytical study), relying on the jurisprudential and legal sources, some modern references, Searching. It has been divided into an introduction, three basic investigations and a conclusion. She talked about the concept of divorce and its legitimacy. She then explained the concept of arbitrary divorce and then dealt with the arbitrary divorce benefits, the pleasure of divorce, the maintenance of the kit and whether it is part of the compensation, the deferred friendship and its relationship to compensation. The research concluded with a conclusion in which it showed the most important findings.

إن مما أنعم الله به على الإنسان نعمة الزواج، وجعلها أساسا لديمومة النسل البشري في الكون، وجعلها تبنى على المودة والرحمة بين الزوجين حيث قال الله تعالى: ﴿وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُمْ مِنْ أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا لِتَسْكُنُوا إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُمْ مَوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ﴾. (سورة الروم، الآية: 21). والأصل في الزواج استمرار الحياة الزوجية، إلا أنه قد يحصل فيها من الخلافات الكثير، منها ما يمكن حله والبعض الآخر يستعصي على الطرفين حله، وفي هذه الحال شرع الله تعالى الطلاق علاجا لهذه الخلافات المستعصية؛ إلا أن بعض الأزواج قد يتعسف في طلاقه لزوجته ويوقع بها الضرر البالغ دون وجه حق مما استوجب وضع التدابير الشرعية المناسبة لمثل هذا النوع من الطلاق، وهذا كله حماية للمرأة وصونا لها، حيث أوجب لها التعويض عن هذا الطلاق التعسفي. وقد أثيرت الإشكالية عن ماهية وطبيعة الطلاق التعسفي؟ وما هي مستحقاته المترتبة عليه؟ كل هذه التساؤلات وغيرها رأيت الإجابة عنها في بحثي هذا تحت عنوان: المستحقات المالية للمطلقة وعلاقتها بالتعويض عن الطلاق التعسفي بين الفقه الإسلامي وقانون الأسرة الجزائري (دراسة تحليلية مقارنة)، معتمدا في ذلك على المصادر الفقهية والقانونية، وبعض المراجع الحديثة، وغير ذلك مما له صلة بالبحث. وقد قسمته إلى مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث أساسية وخاتمة. فتحدثت عن مفهوم الطلاق ومشروعيته، ثم بينت مفهوم الطلاق التعسفي، ثم تناولت مستحقات الطلاق التعسفي، من متعة الطلاق، ونفقة العدة وهل تعد جزءا من التعويض، والصداق المؤجل وعلاقته بالتعويض. وختمت البحث بخاتمة بينت فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها.
