المستخلص: سيجيب البحث عن التساؤل الأساسي الآتي: هل يمكن التحليل/ التنظير في الاستراتيجية الدولية في ضوء تطور المعايير العلمية ومناهج البحث وما تنتجه من أدبيات نظرية؟ ويسلط هذه البحث الأضواء على الإشكالية الدائرة فيما يتعلق بالتحليل/ التنظير في الاستراتيجية الدولية، وإلى أين وصلت هذه الإشكالية؟ وتحقيقاً استخدمت المنهج التحليلي الذي يركز على تحليل الظواهر/ الوقائع الاستراتيجية التي يثيرها موضوع التنظير، والتطرق إلى أهم النظريات في الاستراتيجية الدولية وكيفية فهمهما لحرك النظام الدولي. وتتناول التطبيقات العملية مفهوم التحليل/ التنظير في الاستراتيجية الدولية من خلال تحديد أسس ومعايير القياس، وجودة بناء النظرية، واختبارها في التطبيق، وصولاُ إلى إمكانية إيجاد نظرية شاملة قادرة على التنبؤ في المستقبل. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن التغير في هياكل النظام الدولي المستمر يدفع باستمرار إلى ابتكار نظريات جديدة في استخدام مؤشرات التنظير الاستراتيجي؛ لإيجاد حالة من التوازن والاستقرار في بناء المدركات للباحثين والمحللين تحكمهم فكرة هي أن هناك تقارب تكاملي في تفسير الأحداث، انطلاقاً من أن ظاهرة التنظير الاستراتيجي تحكم بأسس وقواعد ومعايير الجودة الاستراتيجية العالمية.

Find basic answer the following question: Can analysis / endoscopy in the international strategy in the light of the evolution of scientific standards and research methods from the literature and is produced by the theory? This research sheds light on the dilemma with regard to the ongoing analysis / endoscopy in the International Strategy, and where it has reached this dilemma? In order to achieve the analytical method used, which focuses on phenomena / strategic facts raised by the subject of theorizing analysis, and touched on the most important theories in international strategy and how to move the understanding of the international system. Practical applications and dealing with the concept of analysis / endoscopy in the International Strategy by identifying the foundations and standards of measurement, and quality of building theory, Oachtbarha in the application, down to, the possibility of finding a comprehensive theory able to predict the future The study concluded that the change in the ongoing international system structures are constantly pushing to develop innovative new theories use of strategic endoscopy indicators; to create a state of balance and stability in the construction of perceptions of researchers and analysts governed idea is that there integrative convergence in the interpretation of events, from the phenomenon of strategic endoscopy control fundamentals The norms and standards of the global strategy of quality.
