المستخلص: إن لكل مجتمع من المجتمعات الانسانية ثقافته الخاصة التي تلعب دورا مهما في الحفاظ عليه من خلال القيم والمعايير التي تتوطن وتترسخ في نفوس أفراده، وتختلف المجتمعات فيما بينها في تنوعها الثقافي الذي يظهر بأنماط السلوك وأشكاله المختلفة فما قد يبدو طبيعيا وسويا في مجتمع نجده مرفوض بصورة كبيرة في مجتمع آخر، وما يكون مرفضا في فترة زمنية يكون مقبولا في فترة اخرى قد تطول أو تقصر تبعا للظروف المسببة لقبولها أو رفضها حيث تمر المجتمعات فتمر بمراحل نمو وتطور فتبدل أو تضيف أنماطا ثقافية تظهر صورها في سلوك الأفراد، وقد تطرأ على المجتمعات أزمات ومحن يمر بها أعضاء المجتمع تأثر عليهم وعلى مواقفهم وآرائهم المختلفة والتي يمكن ملاحظتها خلال سلوكهم اليومي والتي قد تكون بعيدة عن القيم والمعايير الاجتماعية التي كانت سائدة قبل الأزمة في ذات المجتمع، وتعد مدينة الموصل أو المجتمع الموصلي واحدا من المجتمعات التي مرت خلال الحقبة الزمنية القريبة بظروف قاسية أثرت سلبًا وإيجابًا على ساكني المدينة ممن اختار البقاء بداخلها رغم الظروف الصعبة التي كانت تعصف بالمدينة والتي عايشها هؤلاء الأفراد، وما تبعها من تغييرات شهدها المجتمع والتي سادت وبصورة واضحة بعد زوال تلك الظروف منها انتشار واسع لقنوات التواصل الاجتماعي والانترنت فضلا عن المودة من ملبس لم يكن رائجا ومأكل بانتشار ظاهرة الاكلات السريعة وتوصل البحث الى عدد من النتائج منها انه تبين لنا من خلال النتائج ان هنالك انماطا ثقافية جديدة دخلت الى مدينة الموصل بعد تحريرها وقد اخذت ابعادا اجتماعية واقتصادية ودينية ونفسية نجدها واقعا معاشا في سلوك الافراد اليومي، كما كان للظروف والازمات التي تعرض لها ابناء هذه المدينة اثارا سلبية على شخصيتهم كحدوث اضطرابات نفسية تمثلت في ظواهر اجتماعية مختلفة مثل عدم المبالاة والقسوة والقلق والخوف من الحاضر والمستقبل.

Every human society has its own culture, which plays an important role in preserving it through the values and norms that are endemic to its members Societies vary among themselves in their cultural diversity, which is manifested in different types of behavior and patterns, which may seem normal and normal in a society that we find largely unacceptable in another society, And what is being rejected in a period of time is acceptable in another period may be prolonged or shortened depending on the circumstances that cause acceptance or rejection as the societies go through stages of growth and development, changing or adding cultural patterns showing their images in the behavior of individuals, The societies may have crises and tribulations experienced by members of society affected by them and their attitudes and opinions are different and can be observed during their daily behavior, which may be far from the values and social norms that prevailed before the crisis in the same community, The city of Mosul or the community of Mosul is one of the communities that passed during the near period in harsh conditions affected negatively and positively on the residents of the city who chose to stay inside, despite the difficult conditions that were the city and experienced by these individuals And the consequent changes witnessed by the society, which prevailed clearly after the disappearance of those circumstances, including the widespread spread of channels of social communication and the Internet as well as the affection of clothes was not popular and ate the spread of the phenomenon of fast food, The research found a number of results, including that it showed us through the results that there are new cultural patterns entered into the city of Mosul after liberation and took the dimensions of social, economic, religious and psychological find a reality in the daily behavior of individuals, As the circumstances and crises that have been exposed to the people of this city have negative effects on their personality as a psychological disorders were represented in various social phenomena such as indifference, cruelty, anxiety and fear of the present and the future.
