المستخلص: Is a water issue among rural communities is particularly important in view of its role in various walks of life, economic private ones, so we chose the importance of this neighborhood element and its relationship to the residential gatherings as an example in the villages of Beni Snous Reef Tlemcen, and its importance to the people of the region through the methods used by its population dealing with the water and how to divide and to ensure clean sources cooperation in that and try to organize the community through inheritance of some of those roads that gained population from father to son, and this study we adopted in the field by trying to understand the methods and backgrounds as we will talk about the article.
