هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس العائد الاقتصادي للمشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وأثره على التنمية في جمهورية مصر العربية ومدى إمكانية مساهمة هذه المشروعات في الاقتصاد الكلى للدولة وبالتالي تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية بشكل عام سواء على المستوي الأكاديمي داخل نطاق البحث العلمي أو علي المستوي المجتمعي التطبيقي، وكما تتضح أهمية هذه الدراسة في قياس النتائج الاقتصادية لهذه المشروعات كما تطرأ هذه الدراسة إلى مدى رسمية هذه المشروعات ودخولها في الجانب الرسمي للدولة، كما أكدت هذه الدراسة إن عدد كبير من هذه المشروعات غير رسمي، حيث تشير بعض التقديرات إلى أن حجم قطاع المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الغير رسمي في اقتصاديات بعض الدول النامية يمثل نسبة مرتفعة تتراوح بين 30- 70% من إجمالي الناتج القومي، كما تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى مدى مساهمة هذه المشروعات في معالجة قضايا قومية مثل الدخل الوطني من العملة الصعبة، والتكنولوجيا الصناعية والتطور الصناعي وكذلك الهيكل الوظيفي للعمالة، مع مراعاة تحقيق التوازن بين تحقيق مصالح أصحاب هذه المشروعات وكذا تحقيق عوائد المجتمع الكلى.
This study aimed to measure the economic results of small and medium-sized enterprises and its impact on development in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the extent to which these projects can contribute to the country's macroeconomic and thus achieve economic development in general, whether at the academic level within the scope of scientific research or at the applied societal level. The study in measuring the economic results of these projects, and this study also reveals the extent to which these projects are formal and entered into the official side of the state. This study also confirmed that a large number of these projects are informal, as some estimates indicate that the size of the informal SME sector in the economies Some developing countries represent a high percentage ranging between 30-70% of the gross national product. This study also seeks the extent to which these projects contribute to addressing national issues such as national income from hard currency, industrial technology and industrial development, as well as the functional structure of employment, taking into account achieving balance. Between achieving the interests of the owners of these projects, as well as achieving the total community returns.
