هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى أهمية أثر الاقتصاد غير الرسمي عند دمجه بالاقتصاد الرسمي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة ومدى إمكانية مساهمة هذا الاقتصاد غير الرسمي في الاقتصاد الكلى للدولة وبالتالي تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية في مصر بشكل عام سواء على المستوي الأكاديمي داخل نطاق البحث العلمي أو على المستوي المجتمعي التطبيقي، وكما تتضح أهمية دراسة أثر البيئة التنظيمية والقانونية اللازمة لدمج الاقتصاد غير الرسمي في الاقتصاد الرسمي والتعرف على الأثار الإيجابية والسلبية التي يمثلها التحول من الاقتصاد غير الرسمي إلى الاقتصاد الرسمي في ظل كبر حجم هذا القطاع في الاقتصاد المصري، وإمكانية مساهمة تحول الاقتصاد غير الرسمي إلى قطاع رسمي في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، ومعالجة قضية الدخل والبطالة، وكذا مكافحة الفقر وزيادة حصيلة الضرائب العامة للدولة، مع مراعاة تحقيق التوازن بين تحقيق مصالح أصحاب هذه المنشآت وكذا تحقيق عوائد للمجتمع ككل.
This study aimed at the importance of the impact of the informal economy when it is merged with the formal economy in achieving sustainable development and the extent to which this informal economy can contribute to the country's macroeconomic and thus achieve economic development in Egypt in general, whether at the academic level within the scope of scientific research or at the applied societal level, The importance of studying the impact of the regulatory and legal environment necessary for integrating the informal economy into the formal economy and identifying the positive and negative effects represented by the shift from the informal economy to the formal economy is evident in light of the large size of this sector in the Egyptian economy, and the possibility of the contribution of the transformation of the informal economy into a formal sector. In achieving economic development, addressing the issue of income and unemployment, as well as combating poverty and increasing the state's public tax revenues, taking into account achieving a balance between achieving the interests of the owners of these enterprises as well as achieving returns for society as a whole.
