المستخلص: Le travail structure des catégories professionnelles et des pratiques collectives. C’est un élément important du politique (intervention de l’État dans la régulation sociale, politiques publiques de soutien à l’emploi).
A partir du regard clinique et le regard du Christophe Dejours le travail c’est des gestes, des savoir, faire un engagement du corps, la mobilisation de l’intelligence, la capacité de réfléchir, d’interprétation et de réagir a des situations .C’est le pouvoir de sentir de penser et d’inventer …etc .
Le concept de la souffrance posé par Christophe Dejours est que, depuis 1980.
«La souffrance, de nature mentale commence quand le rapport Homme - Travail est bloqué».
Le sentiment d’exclusion des sans-emplois, ce sentiment d’être « en dehors du contrat social » trouve son explication dans le fait que le travail est devenu un pilier de la société moderne. En outre le travail fonde notre identité personnelle.
