شهد المجتمع المعاصر انفجاراً بصرياً، والذي يتخلل حياتنا اليومية من خلال الصور ومقاطع الفيديو والتلفزيون والأجهزة المحمولة وصفحات الويب والإشارات واللوحات الإلكترونية وغيرها الكثير، لذلك تسعى المؤسسات التعليمية إلى استخدام هذه الوسائل لتقديم خدمة تعليمية ذات جودة عالية، لذلك قام الباحث بتقديم دراسة عنوانها إمكانية تطبيق الإدارة المرئية في المعهد التكنولوجي العالي بمطروح وعلاقتها بالتحسين المستمر، وكانت تساؤلات الدراسة: ما مدى إمكانية تطبيق المتطلبات الإدارية للإدارة المرئية في المعهد التكنولوجي العالي بمطروح، ما مدى إمكانية تطبيق المتطلبات الغنية للإدارة المرئية في المعهد التكنولوجي العالي بمطروح، ما مدى تأثير تطبيق الإدارة المرئية في المعهد التكنولوجي العالي بمطروح على التحسين المستمر، هل توجد فروق بين متوسطات مجتمع الدراسة في إمكانية تطبيق المتطلبات الإدارية للإدارة المرئية في المعهد التكنولوجي العالي بمطروح تعود لمتغيرات الدراسة ( المسمى الوظيفي، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة)، هل توجد فروق بين متوسطات مجتمع الدراسة في إمكانية تطبيق المتطلبات الغنية للإدارة المرئية في المعهد التكنولوجي العالي بمطروح تعود لمتغيرات الدراسة ( المسمى الوظيفي، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة). ومن نتائج الدراسة: توجد إمكانية كبيرة لتطبيق المتطلبات الإدارية والغنية للإدارة المرئية في المعهد التكنولوجي العالي بمطروح، لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين أفراد مجتمع البحث من حيث الخبرة والمستوى التعليمي ونوع الوظيفة فيما يتعلق بإمكانية تطبيق المتطلبات الإدارية للإدارة المرئية في المعهد التكنولوجي العالي بمطروح، وهذا يدل على أتفاق العاملين من أعضاء هيئة تدريس وهيئة معاونة وإداريين في التعاون بتطبيق المتطلبات الإدارية للإدارة المرئية بدرجة كبيرة، وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير معنوية بين تطبيق الإدارة المرئية والتحسين المستمر وهى علاقة طردية وهذا يدل على اهتمام المعهد التكنولوجي العالي بمطروح محل البحث بتطبيق الإدارة المرئية مما يؤدى بدورة إلى زيادة التحسين المستمر.
