520 |d L’Algérie ayant opté pour l’économie de marché, chose qui l’oblige à adopter un ensemble de garanties qui assurent une bonne exécution des marchés publiques et parmi elle arriver à résoudre à l’amiable de contentieux y relatif. A cet effet, le législateur Algérien a suivi les législations comparées , à travers la permission de l’usage à l’ arbitrage pour résoudre les différents surgissant de l’application des marchés publiques , pour celer le problème soulevé dans cette élaboration est comme suit: Qu’est ceque l’arbitrage dans les marchés publiques?, et quelles sont les procédures à suivre pour les résoudre ?
