المستخلص: L’intérêt pour l’environnement a conduit à la mise en œuvre des règles du partenariat environnemental, représentant l’un des principaux mécanismes juridiques en matière de protection de l’environnement. Ces règles se concrétisant à travers le rôle joué par les associations de protection de l’environnement, et plus particulièrement par loi n°03- 10 relative à la protection de l’environnement, qui a dicté des procédures judiciaires spécifiques dans le domaine de la défense des intérêts collectifs pour lesquelles ces associations ont été créées, ainsi que des intérêts individuels de leurs membres, ceci dans le but de demander réparation pour les dommages causées par la pollution de l’environnement.

أدى الاهتمام بالبيئة إلى إعمال قواعد الشراكة البيئية، باعتبارها أحد أهم الآليات القانونية لحماية البيئة، والتي تتجسد من خلال تفعيل دور جمعيات حماية البيئة، وهو ما يسعى إليه المشرع الجزائري بمقتضى القانون رقم 03-10 المتعلق بحماية البيئة، الذي خص الجمعيات بأحكام خاصة للتقاضي، دفاعا عن المصالح الجماعية التي أنشأت من أجلها، وكذا عن المصالح الفردية لأعضائها، بغية المطالبة بالتعويض عن الأضرار الناتجة عن التلوث البيئي.

Interest in the environment has led to the implementation of environmental partnership rules, which is one of the main legal mechanisms for environmental protection. These rules are embodied in the role played by environmental protection associations, and more particularly by Law No. 0310- on environmental protection, which has dictated specific judicial procedures in the field of defending the collective interests for which these associations were created, as well as the individual interests of their members, in order to claim compensation for damages caused by environmental pollution.
