La protection de la valeur environnementale nécessité une attention accrue de la part des pouvoirs publics à travers la mise en place d’une legislation solide, notamment pénale. Cette protection se retrouve principalement dans la loi n° 03-10 relative à la protection de l’environnement dans le cadre du développement durable, les lois de protection du littoral, des espaces verts, du milieu aquatique, celles, règlementant la chasse et la pêche ou l’élimination des déchets, mais évidemment aussi dans la loi pénale. تتطلب المحافظة على البيئة تدخل السلطات العامة ودلك عن طريق اتخاذ مجموعة من التدابير القانونية الأساسية من خلال سن قوانين ردعية تعمل على توفير الحماية اللازمة لها، على رأسها القانون الجنائي. وتتجلى هده الحماية في عدة قوانين، أهمها القانون رقم 03-10 المتعلق بحماية البيئة في إطار التنمية المستدامة، القوانين المتعلقة بحماية الساحل، المساحات الخضراء، الوسط المائي، تلك المنظمة للصيد والصيد البحري أو المتعلقة بتسيير النفايات، وكدا قانون العقوبات. The protection of the environmental value requires increased attention from the public authorities through the implementation of solid legislation, including criminal law. This protection is mainly found in the law n°0310- relative to the protection of the environment in the context of sustainable development, the laws of protection of the littoral, the green spaces, the aquatic environment, those regulating the hunting and the fishing or the elimination of the waste but obviously also in the criminal law. |
