| 520 | |d La protection de la valeur environnementale nécessité une attention accrue de la part des pouvoirs publics à travers la mise en place d’une legislation solide, notamment pénale. Cette protection se retrouve principalement dans la loi n° 03-10 relative à la protection de l’environnement dans le cadre du développement durable, les lois de protection du littoral, des espaces verts, du milieu aquatique, celles, règlementant la chasse et la pêche ou l’élimination des déchets, mais évidemment aussi dans la loi pénale. | ||
