|f This study is among the studies that utilize the discourse analysis tool. At present, it is believed that media studies have begun to move towards inferential analysis due to the strength and seriousness of the results reached in dealing with social phenomena in general and studies that rely on discourse analysis within this framework. The press discourse is the fertile field. Because of it, most segments of society interact with all their intellectual, cultural, political, and social perspectives and the difference in the circles between the vital structures of the state. The link between groups and segments of society has made it an increase in the role of the discourse, as it plays a vital role in establishing a culture of debate around controversial issues, which has provided space for different visions and perceptions in how the discourse was formulated and the vocabulary it carries to diagnose these issues, as no system in societies is without the emergence of issues that reflect the interest of the masses; Something necessarily reflected in the discourse within the framework of the Algerian press, especially after promises calling for a package of reforms at the level of the political system in addition to the climate and process of providing freedoms and encouraging the emergence of political parties since 1989 that have provided to some extent a margin of freedom. |a تعد هذه الدراسة من بين الدراسات التي وظفت أداة تحليل الخطاب واعتقد في الوقت الراهن أن الدراسات الإعلامية بدأت تتجه إلى التحليل الاستدلالي نتيجة لقوة وجدية النتائج المتوصل إليها في معالجة الظواهر المجتمعية بشكل عام والدراسات التي تعتمد على تحليل الخطاب ضمن هذا الإطار. فالخطاب الصحفي يعد المجال الخصب الذي بفضله تتفاعل فيه معظم شرائح المجتمع بكل منطلقاتها الفكرية والثقافية والسياسية والاجتماعية واختلاف الأوساط بين البنى الحيوية للدولة؛ الأمر الذي جعله الرابط بين الفئات وشرائح المجتمع زيادة في دور الخطاب حيث يضطلع بفعل حيوي في إرساء ثقافة النقاش حول القضايا الجدلية التي أتاحت مساحة في اختلاف الرؤى والتصورات المتباينة في كيفية صياغة الخطاب وما يحمله من مفردات لتشخيص هذه القضايا حيث لا يخلو أي نظام من الأنظمة في المجتمعات من بروز قضايا تعكس اهتمام الجماهير؛ الأمر الذي ينعكس بالضرورة في الخطاب في إطار الصحافة الجزائرية خاصة بعد الوعود التي تنادي بحزمة من الإصلاحات على مستوى المنظومة السياسية بالإضافة إلى مناخ وسيرورة إتاحة الحريات وتشجيع عن بروز الأحزاب السياسية منذ 1989 التي وفرت إلى حد ما هامش من الحرية بإمكان الكتاب الإعلاميين إفراز أطروحات وأفكار أوجدت بدورها رؤى واختلافات في فحوى الخطاب الصحفي.
