المستخلص: تنطلق مشكلة البحث من تساؤل رئيس مفاده: ما واقع استخدام الملاكات التدريسية الجامعية العراقية في كليات الطب والإدارة والاقتصاد في جامعات: بغداد والعراقية والإدارة والاقتصاد للإنترنت وتطبيقاته الإعلامية والاتصالية المختلفة في التواصل مع المؤسسات البحثية الأجنبية؟ وتم التعبير عن المشكلة البحثية بمجموعة من الفروض التي تم التحقق منها والتساؤلات التي تم الإجابة عنها، ويرمي البحث إلى تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف منها: التعرف على واقع استخدام الملاكات التدريسية في الجامعات العراقية ممثلة بكليات عينة البحث للإنترنت وتطبيقاته الإعلامية والاتصالية المتنوعة في التواصل مع نظرائهم في الدول الأجنبية وتحديد مدى الارتباط بين مكان عمل الملاكات التدريسية عينة البحث وبين مشاركتهم عن طريق الإنترنت وتطبيقاته الإعلامية والاتصالية في النشاط العلمية التي تقام في الدول الأجنبية، والوقوف على مدى الارتباط بين معدل استخدام الملاكات التدريسية عينة البحث للإنترنت وتطبيقاته الإعلامية والاتصالية ومتابعتهم مواقع الدوريات والمجلات العلمية المحكمة التي تصدرها المؤسسات الأكاديمية والبحثية الأجنبية في مجال التخصص، والكشف عن مدى الارتباط بين معدل استخدام عينة البحث للإنترنت وتطبيقاته الإعلامية والاتصالية والدخول إلى مواقع المؤسسات الأكاديمية والبحثية الأجنبية. يعد هذا البحث من البحوث الوصفية، وقد اعتمد منهج المسح الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدم أداة الاستبانة التي تم تصميمها بما يحقق أهداف البحث، وقد تم تقسيم البحث على ثلاثة مباحثة اختص الأول بالإطار المنهجي للبحث وتناول المبحث الثاني استخدامات الإنترنت وتطبيقاته الإعلامية والاتصالية في التواصل العلمي فيما تناول المبحث الثالث نتائج الدراسة الميدانية. توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أبرزها: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مكان عمل الملاكات التدريسية عينة البحث وبين مشاركتهم عن طريق الإنترنت وتطبيقاته الإعلامية والاتصالية في النشاطات العلمية التي تقام في الدول الأجنبية، ووجود علاقة ارتباط بين كثافة استخدام تلك الملاكات للإنترنت وتطبيقاته الإعلامية والاتصالية وبين زيادة متابعة مواقع الدوريات والمجلات العلمية المحكمة التي تصدرها المؤسسات الأكاديمية والبحثية الأجنبية في مجال التخصص، ووجود علاقة ارتباط بين استخدام عينة البحث للإنترنت وتطبيقاته وبين زيادة معدلات تحميل الكتب والمراجع والأبحاث الأجنبية وتبادلها مع باحثين أخرين، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة ارتباط بين زيادة معدل استخدام الملاكات التدريسية عينة البحث للتطبيقات الإعلامية والاتصالية للإنترنت وبين التواصل مع المؤسسات الأكاديمية والبحثية الأجنبية والانضمام إلى مجموعات تضم باحثين من دول أجنبية في مجال التخصص.

The research problem stems from a major question : what is the reality of the use of the Iraqi universities teaching staff in the faculties of medicine, administration and economic in universities , Baghdad, Iraqi, Tikrit, administration and economics of the internet and its various media and communication applications in communicating with foreign research institutions? the research problem was expressed by a set of hypotheses that have been answered. The research aims to achieve a set of objectives , including identifying the reality of the use of teaching in Iraqi-university represented by faculties of the research sample of the internet and its various media and communication applications in communicating with their counterparts in determining the extent of correlation between the workplace of teaching staff and their participation through the internet and its media and communication applications in scientific activities held in foreign countries , the teaching staff of the internet research sample and its media and communication applications and their follow –up the sites of journals and scientific journals issued by foreign academic and research institutions in the field of specialization, and reveal the extent of correlation between the rate of use of the internet research sample and its media and communication applications and access to the sites of foreign academic and research institutions. This research is descriptive research, has adopted the method of descriptive analytical survey, and used questionnaire tool that was designed to achieve the objectives of the research , the research was divided into three researches concerned with the first methodological framework of the research and the second topic addressed the uses of the internet and its applications of information , the third section dealt with the results , most notably: the presence of statistically significant differences between the workplace of the teaching staff and the participation of them through the internet and its media and communication applications in scientific activities held in foreign countries, and the existence of a correlation between the intensity of use of these staff to the internet and its media and communication applications and between the follow-up the journals and scientific journals sites issued by foreign academic and research institutions in the field of specialization, and there is a correlation between the use of the research sample of the internet and its applications and the increase in the rates of down-loading books and references and foreign research and exchange with other researches, the research sample of media and communication applications of the internet and communicating applications of the internet and communication with foreign academic and research institutions and join groups of researches from foreign countries in the field of specialization.
