|d Cet article porte sur un objet particulier la géopolitique de l’Algérie. Il souligne que l’Algérie précoloniale ignore la notion rigide des frontières qui divise le peuple. Cette fluidité de la frontière s’explique par l’abondance des terres, le sous-peuplement et le genre de vie (nomadisme). Il évalue les potentialités actuelles en eau d’Alger et de l’Albien (Sahara) et évoque les risques à venir. Il souligne combien les marges de manoeuvres technicoéconomiques sont réduites.
