|b The economy of Algeria draws its development from oil revenues. But knowing that this resource tends to dwindle it became necessary to diversify our economy and exports. For this purpose, the disruption of oil and gas prices goes against launching new investment projects, makes the economy vulnerable and has a negative impact on the volume of international reserves. Also non-conventional financing is a current approach for financing and the unfreezing of some outstanding investment projects. However, the economy at the world knows and cross level crises which induced a decrease of imports from certain countries, this reiterates the need to find other sources of economy financing including the one drawn in the objectives 2019-2030.

|d L’économie de l’Algérie puise son développement de la rente pétrolière .Mais sachant que cette ressource tend à se raréfier il est devenu indispensable de diversifier notre économie ainsi que les exportations .A cet effet, la perturbation des prix des hydrocarbures va à l’encontre du lancement de nouveaux projets d’investissements , rend l’économie vulnérable et agit négativement sur le volume des réserves internationales .Le recours aussi au financement non conventionnel est une démarche actuelle pour le financement et le dégel de certains projets d’investissements en suspens .Ceci étant, l’économie au niveau mondial connait et traverse des crises ce qui induit une baisse des importations de certains pays, ceci réitère la nécessité de trouver d’autres sources de financement de l’économie notamment celle tracées dans les objectifs 2019-2030
