المستخلص: إن تحقيق المستويات الرياضية العالية من أهم مظاهر التقدم العلمي، حيث لم يعد الوصول إلى هذه المستويات معتمدا على الموهبة فقط، ولكنه أصبح علما قائما على الأسس العلمية كالانتقاء الجيد والتدريب المستمر، والعديد من المتطلبات العقلية التي تحدد مقدار فعالية اللاعبين في النشاط الممارس، والتي تعد الدعامة الأساسية للوصول للأداء الأمثل، وتكمن الأهمية العلمية في إلقاء الضوء على بعض المؤشرات العقلية والقدرات البدنية المهارية التي يجب في ضوئها انتقاء وتصنيف اللاعبين كل في مركزه، الأمر الذي يجعل عملية التدريب أكثر فعالية، حيث يكون التركيز على اللاعبين الذين يمتلكون قدرات تؤهلهم للنجاح وتحقيق أفضل النتائج وهدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد البناء العاملي لقائمة الذكاءات المتعددة الخاصة بلاعبي كرة اليد تحت (١٨) سنة، والتعرف على العلاقة بين نسق الذكاءات المتعددة ومراكز اللعب المختلفة للعينة قيد البحث، والتعرف على العلاقة بين نسق الذكاءات المتعددة واختبارات المنظومة الحركية لمراكز اللعب المختلفة للعينة قيد البحث، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية لناشئي كرة اليد تحت (١٨) سنة والبالغ عددهم (١٠٠) لاعب عينة الدراسة الاستطلاعية من أندية الإسكندرية والقاهرة ، و (٣٨) لاعب من منتخبي الإسكندرية والقاهرة لناشئي كرة اليد تحت (١٨) سنة ، واستخدمت الباحثة قائمة لقياس الذكاءات المتعددة من إعداد الباحثة، واختبارات بدنية مهارية تتضمنها المنظومة الحركية قيد البحث وتم إجراء المعاملات العلمية لأدوات الدراسة ومن ثم تم التطبيق. وقد توصلت الدراسة للإستخلاصات الآتية : - • النسق العام للاعبي كرة اليد حيث جاء في الترتيب الأول الذكاء الاجتماعي، وفي الترتيب الثاني الذكاء الجسدي الحركي يليه الذكاء المنطقي الرياضي ثم الذكاء اللغوي ثم الذكاء البصري المكاني ثم الذكاء الشخصي وأخيرا الذكاء الموسيقي. • وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين اختبار التنطيط ثم التمرير والاستلام ثم خداع بالتمرير ثم التنطيط ثم التصويب الوثب والذكاء الاجتماعي، وبين اختبار التصويب بالوثب الطويل (5) كرات والذكاء الشخصي للاعب الدائرة. • وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين اختبار التنطيط ثم التمرير والاستلام ثم خداع بالتمرير ثم التنطيط ثم التصويب الوثب والذكاء الاجتماعي، وبين اختبار التصويب بالوثب الطويل (5) كرات والذكاء الشخصي للاعبي الجناحين. • وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين اختبار التمرير والاستلام والذكاء اللغوي، وبين اختبار التصويب بالوثب العالي بعد التنطيط (5) كرات والذكاء الجسدي الحركي، وكل من اختبار التمرير والاستلام وتحمل السرعة (252 م) والذكاء الاجتماعي لمركز صانع الألعاب. • وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين اختبار التنطيط ثم التمرير والاستلام ثم خداع بالتمرير ثم التنطيط ثم التصويب بالوثب والذكاء اللغوي، وبين اختبار التصويب بالوثب الطويل (5) كرات والذكاء المنطقي الرياضي، واختبار التمرير والاستلام ثم التنطيط (مرة واحدة) ثم خداع بالجسم ثم التصويب والذكاء البصري المكاني، واختبار تحمل السرعة (252 م) والذكاء الشخصي للاعبي الظهيرين. كما أوصت الباحثة بالاستفادة بنسق الذكاءات المتعددة واختبارات المنظومة الحركية المستخلصة من الدراسة في انتقاء وتوظيف اللاعبين في مراكز اللعب المختلفة، وإجراء المزيد من الدراسات المرتبطة بالمحددات العقلية والنفسية لانتقاء للاعبين في كرة اليد.

The achievement levels sporting high of the most important aspects of scientific progress, where there is not access to these levels based on talent only, but it became a note based on the scientific foundations as selection is good and continuous training, and many of the requirements of the mentality that determines the amount of effective players in the activity practitioner, and which is the mainstay of the reach optimum performance, and is scientific importance to shed light on some of the indicators of mental and physical abilities skill that must be in the light of the selection and rating players each in his position, which makes the training process more effective, where the focus is on the players who have the capacity to be successful and achieve the best results and the study aimed to determine the construction global list of multiple intelligences for handball players under (18) years, and to identify the relationship between the pattern of multiple intelligences and play positions different sample under discussion, and to identify the relationship between the pattern multiple Intelligences and tests the system motor positions different play for the sample in question, and the researcher used the descriptive approach survey manner, were selected random sample method for youth team handball under (18) years and totaling (100) player of the study sample reconnaissance of clubs Alexandria and Cairo , and (38) player teams Alexandria and Cairo for the youth team handball under (18) years, and the researcher used the list to measure the multiple intelligences of the researcher, and tests of physical skill included in the system kinetic under consideration and have been conducting transactions scientific tools for the study and then application has been, and has reached the following conclusions of the study :- - General layout of handball players in the standings, where first social intelligence, and Bodily – Kinesthetic intelligence in second place, followed by Logical- Mathematical intelligence and linguistic intelligence, visual spatial intelligence, and personal and finally musician intelligence. -There is a positive correlation between the test drippling then pass and receive then scroll down to deceive and then drippling then jump shooting and social intelligence, and between Test with long jump term (5) balls and interpersonal intelligence for pivot player. -There is a positive correlation between the test test-drippling then pass and receive then scroll down to deceive and then drippling then jump shooting and social intelligence, and between Test with jumb shooting term (5) balls and intrapersonal intelligence for wing players -The existence of positive correlation between test pass and receive and linguistic intelligence, and the test correction with higher jump after dripping (5) balls and Bodily - Kinesthetic intelligence, and each of the test pass and receive and speed endurance (252 m) and Social Intelligence for play Maker position. -The presence of positive correlation between test dripping then pass and receive then scroll down to deceive and then dripping then jump shooting and linguistic intelligence, and between test correction with long jumb (5) balls and Logical- Mathematical intelligence, and testing pass and receive then dripping (once) and then feint with body and then shooting and visual spatial intelligence, and speed endurance test (252 m) and intrapersonal intelligence for backcourt players. -And researcher recommended format to take advantage of multiple intelligences and kinetic tests of the system learned from the study in the selection and recruitment of players in different play positions, and further studies related to mental and psychological determinants for selection of players in handball.
