المستخلص: يعنى البحث بدراسة حضور المبادئ العقلية في العلوم النظرية، وذلك من خلال الحديث عن أحد تلك المبادئ وحضوره في واحد من العلوم، مبدأ عدم التناقض هو المبدأ المختار لهذه الدراسة، وعلم النحو هو الأنموذج للعلوم، فكان عنوان هذا البحث، وموضوعه "أثر مبدأ عدم التناقض في العلوم: دراسة تطبيقية في علم النحو". وقد وظف البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، محاولا تتبع هذا المبدأ في علم النحو. والترتيب المنهجي للموضوع اقتضى تقسيم الدراسة إلى محورين: المحور الأول: المبادئ الأولية: وفيه حديث عن تعريفها، أهميتها، وعن مبدأ عدم التناقض. المحور الثاني: مبدأ عدم التناقض في علم النحو: في تركيب الكلام، وفي صفات الأسماء، وبعد الدراسة والتتبع، والتحليل والتفسير خرج البحث بجملة من النتائج: بينت هذه الدراسة شيئا من أهمية مبدأ عدم التناقض، وسلطت الضوء على بعض مظاهره علم النحو، وكشفت عن حضوره في العلوم، وحاجتها إليه، فلا يخلو خطاب العلم من الاستشهاد به، والركون إليه، والدراسة خصصت الحديث عن حضور هذا المبدأ في محورين في علم النحو: المحور الأول: في التركيب وقد رأينا أنّ من شرط صحة الكلام الأخذ بهذا المبدأ، وأن عدم مراعاته يوقع في المحال حسب تعبير سيبويه. المحور الثاني: في صفات الأسماء وقد بينا أن ثمة صفات لا تخلو منها الأسماء، كالتعريف والتنكير، وهذه الصفات لا تجتمع في الاسم في حالة واحدة، فإما أن يكون الاسم نكرة أو معرفة، ورأينا أن علامات تلك الصفات لا تجتمع كذلك كالتنوين ولام التعريف

The research is concerned about studying the presence of mental principles in the theoretical sciences, through talking about one of those principles and its presence in one of the sciences. The principle of non-contradiction is the chosen principle for this study, and the grammar is the model chosen for the sciences, so the title of this research was, and its topic is "The effect of the principle of non-contradiction in the sciences: an applied study in grammar". The methodology employed in this article: The research employed the descriptive and analytical method, trying to follow this principle in the grammar. The methodical arrangement of the topic required dividing the study into two axes: The First: elementary principles: its definition, importance, and the principle of non-contradiction. The Second: the principle of non-contradiction in the grammar: in the composition of speech, and in the qualities of nouns. After studying, tracking, analysis and interpretation, the research came out with a number of results: This study demonstrated the importance of the principle of non-contradiction, and shed light on some of its aspects in the grammar, and revealed its presence in the sciences and their need for it. So that the discourse of science is not devoid of citing it and relying on it, the study devotes discussion of the presence of this principle in two axes in grammar: The First: In the composition of speech, and we have seen that one of the conditions for correct speech is the adoption of this principle, and that not observing it is impossible according to Sebwayh’s expression. The Second: In the qualities of names, and we have shown that there are qualities that the nouns are not devoid from it, such as being definite or indefinite, and these qualities do not gather in the name in one case, the name must be either definite or indefinite, and we have seen that the signs of these qualities do not gather as the "tanween" and "lam" of definite.
