المستخلص: اهتمت المناهج التربوية باللغة العربية، فنظمت محتوياتها التعليمية بكيفية تتلاءم وروح العصر، وكذلك مع القدرات الفكرية والنفسية والوجدانية لمتعلمي هذا المستوى.
ولذا شهدت منظومتنا التربوية إصلاحا شاملا مس المضمون والأساليب، وفق رؤية بيداغوجية جديدة تتماشى مع المناهج الحديثة في تعلم اللغة العربية، القائمة على المقاربة بالكفاءات والتي تجعل من المتعلم يتعلم ذاتيا ويحول المعرفة النظرية إلى معرفة نفعية.
وعلى هذا الأساس يمكننا أ ن نطرح الإشكال الآتي:
ما هي المقاربات والأساليب التي اعتمدت في بناء منهاج اللغة العربية للسنة الرابعة من التعليم الابتدائي من إصلاحات الجيل الأول؟


Les programmes d'enseignement concernaient La Langue arabe et leurs contenus éducatifs étaient organisés de manière a' s'adapter à L'esprit de l'époque, ainsi qu'aux capacités intellectuelles, psychologiques et émotionnelles des apprenants de ce niveau.
Par Conséquent, notre Système éducatif Connu une réforme globale qui touche le Contenu et les méthodes selon une nouvelle vision pédagogique alignée Sur les programmes modernes d'apprentissage de L'Arabe, basée Sur L'approche par Compétence Qui rend L'apprenant autonome et transforme Les Connaissances théoriques en Connaissances utilitaires.
Sur cette base, nous pouvons présenter le problème Suivant: quelles approches et méthodes ont été adoptées pour élaborer le programme d'enseignement primaire à partir des réformes de La première génération?


The educational curriculum paid attention to the Arabic language and organized its educational content in a way that suits the spirit of the times and the intellectual, psychological, and emotional abilities of the learners of this level.
Therefore, our educational system has undergone a comprehensive reform that touched the content and methods, according to a new pedagogical vision that is in line with modern approaches in Arabic language learning, based on a competency-based approach that makes the learner self-learn and turn theoretical knowledge into utilitarian knowledge.
Therefore, we can put forward the following problem:
What approaches and methods have been adopted in building the Arabic language curriculum for the fourth year of primary education from the first generation reforms?
