المستخلص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعريف بالبرمجيات التعليمية المحوسبة وطرق إعدادها وتقييمها وأهميتها في تحسين وتطوير المنظومة التعليمية من خلال توظيف أمثل لتقنيات المعلومات ووسائل التعليم في ضوء التوجه التكنولوجي للعملية التربوية من أجل رفع رهان جودة التعليم، حيث يعتبر المعلم أهم صانعيه، إذ تقع على عاتقه مسؤولية اللحاق بالركب والمتموقع في مجتمع المعلومات من أجل تحسين مردوديته التعليمية، من هنا حاولت الإجابة عن التساؤلات الآتية:
- ما المقصود بالبرمجيات التعليمية؟
- كيف نعد برمجية تعليمية تخدم المنظومة التربوية؟
- كيف نقوم بتقييم البرمجية التعليمية؟
- ما المقصود بجودة التعليم؟ وما الرهان الذي ينبغي على المعلم خوضه في ضوء تكنولوجيا التعليم؟
- ما المقصود بجودة التعليم؟
- إلى أي مدى يمكن الاستفادة من البرمجيات التعليمية لضمان جودة التعليم؟


Cet article vise à introduire des logiciels éducatifs informatisés et les méthodes de préparation, d'évaluation et de son importance dans l'amélioration et le développement du réseau de l'éducation par le biais de la technologie de l'information optimale et de pédagogie à la lumière de l'approche technologique au processus éducatif afin d'améliorer l'éducation de qualité de pari, où l'enseignant est les plus importants artisans, il a la responsabilité de rattraper et de positionnement dans la société de l'information afin d'améliorer le Centre éducatif

This paper aims to introduce computerized educational software, its methods of preparation and evaluation, and its importance in improving and developing the educational system through the optimum use of information technologies and means of education in light of the technological orientation of the educational process in order to raise the bet on the quality of education. The teacher is considered the most important maker of this process; he has the responsibility to keep abreast and anticipating in the information society in order to improve his educational outcomes.
Thus, I tried to answer the following questions:
- What is educational software?
- How do we prepare educational software that serves the educational system?
- How do we evaluate the educational software?
- What does the quality of education mean? What bet should the teacher take in light of education technology?
- What is the quality of education?
- How much can educational software be utilized to ensure the quality of education?
