المستخلص: تواجه اللغة العربية وهي على مدارج القرن الحادي والعشرين جملة من التحديات، ولعل أصعبها وأخطرها تلك المتعلقة بمواكبة روح العصر ومتطلباته المتزايدة بوتيرة رهيبة، ولن يتم ذلك إلا بتخليصها وإنقاذها من كل ما يكتئد سبيلها من معوقات، فاللغة العربية يصدق عليها ما يصدق على جميع اللغات الإنسانية من نواميس النشوء والارتقاء والتطور، تطور لا ينحصر في إنتاج المفردات بالأنظمة الداخلية للغة ذاتها، ولا في اقتراض المصطلحات الأجنبية طوعا وكرها،- وهذا أمر طبعي درجت عليه جميع اللغات منذ القدم ولا زالت تقيم عليه إلى يومنا هذا - بل يتعداه إلى ظهور تراكيب جديدة تقع في حمى النحو وتنتهك محارمه، وصاحب ذلك محاولات ودعوات لتجديد النحو وإحيائه، بل وتخليصه من أغلال النحو القديم بغية تسهيله على الناشئة وتحبيبه إليها، وإعادة ربط وشائج المودة بينه وبين مظانه الأولى برفق ولين، حتى غدت - مشكلة التجديد - معضلة قومية تؤرق الجميع. فتداعت لها أقلام بعض الباحثين المحدثين، واختلفت طرائق التجديد وتنافرت لدرجة التضاد. وهذا البحث يجتهد في استجلاء تلك الطرائق ومضامينها الدلالية، ومدى نجاعتها في بعث اللغة العربية من جديد.

The Arabic language in the twenty-first century faces a number of challenges. Perhaps the most serious and most dangerous are those related to keeping up with the spirit of the times and its increasing demands at a terrible pace. This will only be achieved by freeing and saving the language from all the obstacles that are in its way. What is true for all human languages is also applicable to the Arabic language, such as the laws of emergence, upgrading, and development; a development that is not limited to the production of vocabulary in the internal systems of the language itself, nor in borrowing foreign terminology willingly and unwillingly. This is a matter of nature that has been practiced by all languages since ancient times and continues to be practiced to the present day - but even surpasses it to the emergence of new structures falling in the sanctuary of the syntax and abusing its rules. This is accompanied by attempts and calls for the renewal and revival of the grammar, and even to rid it of the shackles of the old syntax in order to facilitate it and make it loved by the young, and to reconnect the links of affection between him and his first place with kindness and tenderness, until the problem of renewal became a national dilemma of concern to all. The pens of some of the modern researchers crumbled, and the methods of renewal differed and disagreed to the degree of contradiction. This research is striving to clarify those methods and their semantic contents and their effectiveness in regenerating the Arabic language.
