المستخلص: هدف البحث: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير كليات التربية لتلبية متطلبات التعليم الريادي، وذلك من خلال التعرف على مفهوم التعليم الريادي، والوقوف على أهم متطلبات تحقيقه. والكشف عن مبررات الاهتمام بتطوير كليات التربية لتلبية متطلبات التعليم الريادي. والاستفادة من تجارب بعض الدول في مجال إعداد المعلمين لتلبية متطلبات التعليم الريادي. ثم الوقوف على مجالات تطوير كليات التربية لتلبية متطلبات التعليم الريادي. منهج البحث: استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وقد تم الاستعانة بالمقابلة التي تم أجرائها مع عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية بهدف الوقوف على مجالات تطوير كليات التربية لتلبية متطلبات التعليم الريادي. نتائج البحث: توصلت النتائج إلى أن من أهم مجالات تطوير كليات التربية لتلبية متطلبات التعليم الريادي، ما يلى: - مجال رؤية ورسالة وأهداف الكلية. - مجال تطوير القيادة الجامعية الداعمة للتعليم الريادي. - مجال تطوير قدرت أعضاء هيئة التدريس في العمل الريادي. - مجال تطوير الموارد والإمكانات المادية والبشرية. - مجال تطوير البرامج والمقررات الأكاديمية والتربوية. - مجال تطوير الشركة بين كليات التربية ورواد الأعمال.

The research Objectives: The current research aims to present a proposed vision for developing colleges of education to meet the requirements of entrepreneurial education, by identifying the concept of entrepreneurial education, and identifying the most important requirements for its achievement. And revealing the justifications for the interest in developing colleges of education to meet the requirements of pioneering education. And benefit from the experiences of some countries in the field of teacher preparation to meet the requirements of entrepreneurial education. Then identify the areas of development of colleges of education to meet the requirements of entrepreneurial education. Research methodology: The research used the descriptive approach. The interview was conducted with a sample of faculty members in colleges of education in order to find out the areas of development of colleges of education to meet the requirements of pioneering education. Research results: The results have found that the most important areas of developing colleges of education to meet the requirements of entrepreneurial education are the following: • The field of vision, mission and goals of the college. • The field of developing university leadership that supports entrepreneurial education. • The field of developing the capabilities of faculty members in entrepreneurial work. • The field of developing material and human resources. • The field of developing academic and educational programs and decisions. • The field of developing partnership between colleges of education and entrepreneurs.
