المستخلص: استهدف هذا البحث تحديد المتطلبات الإدارية اللازمة لتحقيق معايير المدارس الخضراء بالمدارس المصرية، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الاستنباطي التحليلي، حيث أعدت استبانة تم عرضها على مجموعة من الخبراء، وقد خلص البحث إلى المتطلبات الإدارية اللازمة لتحقيق معايير المدارس الخضراء بالمدارس المصرية وبلغ عددها (ثلاثة) متطلبات إدارية رئيسة، هي: (المركزية اللازم توفيرها من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني)، (المحلية اللازم توفيرها من قبل المديريات والإدارات التعليمية)، (المدرسية اللازم توفيرها من قبل المدارس)، ويندرج تحتها (ثمانية وعشرون) متطلبا إداريا فرعيا، وقدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات المقترحة لتفعيل هذه المتطلبات الإدارية، كان منها: اهتمام القيادات المركزية والمحلية بفكرة المدارس الخضراء ودعمها المدارس لتحقيق معاييرها، وإعادة النظر في الفكر التربوي السائد، مع تبني إدارة التغيير نحو المدارس الخضراء، وإصدار قانون بناء أخضر يتبنى إنشاء المدارس الخضراء وتخضير المدارس القائمة. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، أوصى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات كان منها: نشر ثقافة المدارس الخضراء في المجتمع المصري عبر وسائل الإعلام المختلفة، ووضع نظام تصنيف للمدارس الخضراء.

This research aimed at identifying the administrative requirements necessary for achieving the green school standards in Egyptian schools. The analytical deductive approach was used and a questionnaire was prepared and presented to a group of experts. The research has resulted in the administrative requirements needed to achieve the green school standards in Egyptian schools, among them are the three main administrative requirements: (centralization that should be provided by the Ministry of Education and Technical Education), (locality that should be provided by the directorates and the departments of education), (scholastic requirements that should be provided by the schools). These three main administrative requirements include (28) sub administrative requirements. Among them are: the interest of central and local leaders in the idea of green schools and their support for schools to achieve their standards, reconsidering the prevailing educational thought while adopting change management towards green schools, and issuing a green building law that adopts the establishment of green schools and greening existing schools. In light of these results, some suggested recommendations that are helpful to the administrative requirements are also presented. Some of these recommendations include the dissemination of the culture of green schools in Egyptian society through various media outlets, and setting up a classification system for green schools.
