المستخلص: تعد مرحلة المراهقة من أدق وأهم المراحل التي يمر بها الإنسان، لذا يهتم المجتمع باستثمار طاقات المراهقين وتوجيهها التوجيه السليم بما يعود بالنفع عليهم وعلى المجتمع ككل، ولقد اهتمت جميع النظريات التربوية بالأنشطة المتمثلة في الفنون والموسيقى والتربية البدنية وغيرها التي تسهم بشكل فعال في بناء الفرد. وتلعب التربية الموسيقية دورا هاما في تربية وتنشئة المراهق حيث أنها تسهم بفاعلية في تطوير شخصيته وتنميتها من جميع النواحي الجسمية والعقلية والانفعالية والاجتماعية، كما إنها تحقق له التوافق والتكيف مع المجتمع وتكسبه الإحساس بالنظام واحترام الذات وروح العمل الجماعي وتطوير التفكير الإبداعي. وتعد آلة البيانو من أهم الآلات الموسيقية التي تتميز بإمكانياتها الصوتية والتعبيرية مما يجعلها محببة لدى الأطفال والشباب، ومن خلال اشتراك الباحثة بتدريب بعض تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية أثناء زيارات التلاميذ بالمدارس للكلية لاحظت اهتمامهم وشغفهم بتعلم العزف على آلة البيانو، ولكنهم في كثير من الأحيان يشعرون بالملل أثناء تعلم قواعد الموسيقى النظرية والتي تمهد لتعليم العزف على آلة البيانو بالطرق التقليدية، مما دفع الباحثة للتفكير في طريقة تجذب المراهق وتشجعه على تقبل هذه القواعد وتعلم العزف على آلة البيانو في جو من المرح، وقد وجدت الباحثة في طريقة كيجان Kagan للتعلم التعاوني الطريق إلى ذلك، من خلال استخدام بعض الأنشطة التي يمارسها التلاميذ في مجموعات تعاونية أطلق عليها "تراكيب كيجان للتعلم التعاوني"، واعتمد كيجان في هذه التراكيب على الأنشطة والحركة والألعاب لمساعدة الطلاب أثناء عملية التدريب لتحقيق أهداف الدرس بطريقة سهلة وجذابة. وبناءا على ما سبق اقترحت الباحثة استخدام تراكيب كيجان للتعلم التعاوني لتعليم مبادئ العزف على آلة البيانو للمراهقين. وجاء البحث في جزئيين:- الجزء الأول: الإطار النظري ويشمل: -تعريف مرحلة المراهقة، خصائص المراهقين، أهمية عزف البيانو للمراهقين. -التعلم التعاوني (تعريفه – أسسه). -سبنسر كيجان: (حياته - أهم إنجازاته). -تراكيب كيجان للتعلم التعاوني: (لمحة تاريخية - مميزاتها - المبادئ الأساسية – دور المعلم - دور الطالب - أسس تكوين فرق العمل). -التراكيب المستخدمة في البحث الراهن. الجزء الثاني: الإطار التطبيقي ويشمل: -أدوات البحث والتجربة الميدانية. وأختتم البحث بالنتائج والتوصيات وقائمة المراجع العربية والأجنبية.

Adolescence is one of the most important and most important stages in human life. Therefore, society is interested in investing the energies of adolescents and directing them in the right direction for the benefit of them and society as a whole. All educational theories have been concerned with the activities of art, music, physical education and others that contribute effectively to the building of the individual. Musical education plays an important role in the education and development of adolescents, as they contribute effectively to the development of personality and development in all aspects of physical, mental, emotional and social, and achieve compatibility and adaptation to society and gain a sense of order and self-esteem and the spirit of teamwork and the development of creative thinking. The piano is one of the most important musical instruments with its vocal and expressive abilities, which makes it attractive to children and young people. Through the participation of the researcher in training some of the students in the preparatory stage during the school visits to the college noticed their interest and passion to learn to play the piano, but they often feel bored during To learn the rules of music theory, which paves the way to teach the piano playing in traditional ways, which prompted the researcher to think about how to attract the teenager and encourage him to accept these rules and learn to play the piano in a fun, The Kagan School of Cooperative Learning learned the way to that, using some of the activities of students in collaborative groups called Kagan Cooperative Learning Structures. Kagan adopted these structures on activities, movement and games to help students during the training process to achieve lesson goals in an easy and attractive way. Based on the above, the researcher suggested the use of Kagan's cooperative learning structures to teach the principles of piano playing for adolescents. The research came in two parts: Part I: Theoretical framework includes: -The concept of adolescence, characteristics of adolescents, the importance of pianos for adolescents. Cooperative learning (definition - founded). -Spencer Kagan: (his life - his most important achievements). -Kagan's cooperative learning structures: (history - its characteristics - basic principles - the role of the teacher - the role of the student – the foundations of the composition of the teams). -The structures used in the current research. Part II: The applied framework includes: -Research tools and field experience. The research concludes with the conclusions, recommendations and the list of Arab and foreign references.
