المستخلص: أن أهمية الثقافة الصورية (البصرية) في المجتمع، تعد بمثابة قاعدة مفاهيمية للوعي الفني والجمالي، حيث أن جميع مجالات الفن تمثل نوعاً من الوعي الاجتماعي لا يمكن الفصل فيه بين ممارسة الأداء والوعي فيه. أن الربط بين ما تفعله الصورة التي تعبر عن الجوانب المعرفية والأدائية، وبين ما تعكسه على المتلقي من خلال تحويل الحدث إلى مجموعة من الرموز والمعاني التي لها علاقة ارتباطية بالمجتمع والتربية والتعليم والمجالات الأخرى. بناء على ذلك لابد من توفير "الشروط المادية والنفسية" التي تساعد المتعلم على التفاعل الفعال والنشط مع عناصر البيئة التعليمية في الموقف التعليمي واكتساب الخبرات والمعارف والمهارات الفنية والاتجاهات والقيم التي يحتاجها المتعلم بما يتناسب مع قدراته واستعداداته وبأسهل الطرائق والأساليب الممكنة. ولابد أن يتوافر لدى المتعلم الاستعداد العقلي والنفسي لاكتساب تلك الخبرات والمعلومات والمهارات ضمن وجوده في بيئة تعليمية تتضمن محتوى تعليمياً ومعلماً أو مدرساً ووسائل وتقنيات تعليمية ليحقق الأهداف التعليمية المنشودة. هدف البحث إلى: أولاً: الكشف عن عناصر التكوين في العمل الفني. ثانياً: تصميم برنامج تعليمي لعناصر التكوين الفني لتنمية القدرات الفنية لطلبة المرحلة الثانوية-الصف الرابع. ثالثاً: فعالية البرنامج التعليمي من خلال تطبيقه على عينة تجريبية من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية-الصف الرابع للعام الدراسي 2012-2013، وللتحقق من صحة الهدف الثاني وضعت الباحثة فرضيتين صفريتين. تكون مجتمع البحث من طلبة الصف الرابع الإعدادي لمدارس المرحلة الثانوية التابعة إلى المديرية العامة لتربية بغداد الرصافة الأولى. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث صممت الباحثة برنامج تعليمي في عناصر التكوين الفني مع نوعين من الاختبارات معرفية ومهارية ولإظهار النتائج اعتمدت مجموعة من الوسائل الإحصائية: 1-معادلة اختبار مان وتني. 2-معامل الصعوبة Equation Difficulty 3- معامل التمييز Discrimination Equation 4- معادلة كيودور ريتشاردسون-2020- Kauder Richardson5- معامل ثبات التصحيح.

And must be available to the learner rs mental and psychological readiness to acquire that information and expertise and skills within its presence in the learning environment include educational content and teacher, a teacher and educational means and techniques to achieve the desired educational goals . The research aims to: - First : Detection of configuration elements in the artwork . Secondly, the design of an educational program for technical configuration elements for the development of technical capacity for secondary school students _ the fourth Third, the effectiveness of the educational program through its application to an experimental sample of secondary school students - fourth grade for the academic year 2012_2013 , and to validate the second goal and put the researcher Cefreeten two assumptions . The research community of the fourth grade students of preparatory secondary school affiliated to the Directorate General of Educational Baghdad Rusafa first. To achieve the goals of research researcher designed an educational program in the technical elements of the configuration with two types of tests of knowledge and skill and to show the results adopted a set of statistical methods : 1 - equation Mann Whitney test : 2 - coefficient of difficulty Difficulty Equation3~ coefficient discrimination Discrimination Equation 4Richardson equation Kiodor -20 Kauder Richardson -20- 5 - reliability coefficient estimate or correction
