المستخلص: تلعب السينما الآن دورا بالغ الخطورة على نطاق واسع، في نقل معطيات الفكر والحياة بلغة قوامها فهم مشترك، وبأدوات أكثر نفاذا وفاعلية في تشكيل فكر ووجدان المتلقين. والتي تعد أداة من أدوات الثقافة والمعرفة، ووسيلة من الوسائل التعليمية الفعالة التي تهدف إلى الارتقاء بالمجتمع، كما تلعب دورا بارزا في تشكيل قيم المجتمع، وعاداته، وفنونه، علاوة على استخدامها كوسيلة للتوجيه والإرشاد والتنوير الثقافي، فالسينما والتلفزيون تعطي المشاهد القدرة على التحرك من مكان إلى آخر عن طريق ما يشاهده ومقارنته بما هو عليه، الأمر الذي يثير فيه الرغبة في تحسين مستواه، إذ يقرب الفيلم من المشاهد في طرق حياة أخرى. فقد أصبحت السينما في الوقت الحاضر قوة تأثيرية لا يستهان بها، وقد صاحبت التقدم العلمي والتقني في المجتمعات الإنسانية. ومما تقدم من الأساسيات التي أصبحت جزءا حيويا من حياة الإنسان المثقف فقد انطلق الباحث عن مبدأ التعرف والاطلاع على خبرات وتجارب المبدعين من مختلف الجنسيات في الاختصاص لتكون عونا لنا في إرساء قواعد جمالية وفنية تتناسب مع ما نطمح إليه في الارتقاء بالعملية الفنية الإبداعية في عراقنا الجديد وسبر أغوار تجارب المبدعين منهم وفي هذا البحث سوف يتناول الباحث تجربة سينمائي قد اتسمت نتاجاته بالتميز من الناحية الفكرية والجمالية والإبداعية في مجال الإخراج السينمائي امتدت لأكثر من عشرين عاما للمخرج الاسباني (بيدرو المودوفار). أن التصدي لتوثيق ودراسة وتجربة مبدع ليس بالعملية اليسيرة مثلما يبدو من الحصول على عطاء منجز هذا الفنان المتنوع في مجال السينما، لذلك قد ارتأى الباحث من خلال المشاهدة والاطلاع على إبداعاته الفنية في مجال الإخراج أن يتطرق بدراسة جانب مهم تميز به هذا المخرج ألا وهو عنصر المفارقة التي ميزت جزءا مهما من اعماله وفي ضوء ما توفر للباحث من مصادر سيتم إنجاز هذا البحث العلمي عن سردية المفارقة في أفلام المخرج الإسباني بيدرو المودوفار.
