المستخلص: تناول البحث تأويل الصحابي لروايته وأثره في الفقه، وتم ذلك في مباحث ثلاثة: الأول- في تأويل اللفظ المبهم وأثره. والثاني- في تأويل اللفظ الواضح وأثره، وهو على قسمين: أولهما: ما لا تعين لمعناه، بل يحتمل غير ظاهره احتمالا مرجوحا، وثانيهما: ما تعين معناه، فلم يحتمل معني آخر. والمبحث الثالث- في ترك الصحابي العمل بروايته وأثره. هذا، ولم يخل القول في المباحث الثلاثة من خلاف بين الأصوليين، ظهر أثره جليا في الحكم الشرعي. وقد اعتمدت في ذلك منهج محققي الأصول، القائم على التوسط والاعتدال في قبول تأويل نصوص الكتاب والسنة. وعليه: فإن تأويل الصحابي وتفسيره لروايته يكون مقدما إذا لم يخالف الظاهر. أما إذا خالف الظاهر فإنه يكون محل نظر. والله من وراء القصد.

The research deals with companion’s interpretation to their own narration and the impact of such an explanation on Jurispru¬dence. This consists of three issues as follows: -First, interpreting subtle words and the effect resulting from the interpretation. Second, interpreting clear words and its impact oh Jurisprudence. This has two cases, namely; words that has no clear-cut mean¬ing and may indicate less preferable meaning other than the ap¬parent, and second, what refers to a clear-cut meaning. Third, the case in which a companion acts upon what opposes his narration and its impact. Usui scholars have disagreed over each issue of the above, which has remarkable effect on shar’ee rulings. In this research, I adopted the methodology of se¬nior investigating scholars of Usui based on the mod¬eration in interpreting the Quraan and Su inah texts. In light of the above men tioned, a companion’s explanation and interpretation to what he narrated takes priority over other inter¬pretations as long as it goes with the same line of the apparent meaning, otherwise; it should be investigated. May Allah make this work only for His sake.
