هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيق المشرف التربوي بعض معايير الجودة الشاملة في تنفيذ الورش التدريبية للمعلمين في (التخطيط، والتنفيذ، واستخدام التقنيات الحديثة، والأنشطة الاثرائية، والتقويم) من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة والأداء الفعلي للمشرفين حسب بطاقة الملاحظة، وكذلك معرفة مدى وجود فروق تعزى لاختلاف العمل الحالي، والنوع الاجتماعي، والمرحلة الدراسية، والتخصص، والمؤهل العلمي لأفراد عينة الدراسة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي، وتمثلت الأدوات في استبانة وبطاقة ملاحظة تكونت كل منهما في نسختها النهائية من (٥٠) فقرة موزعة على خمسة محاور (التخطيط والتنفيذ واستخدام التقنيات الحديثة، والأنشطة الاثرائية، والتقويم)، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (٢٠٤) مشرفاً ومشرفة تربوية و(٣٦٢) معلماً ومعلمة في جميع المراحل التعليمية، بينما طبقت بطاقة الملاحظة على (١٥) مشرف ومشرفة تربوية، ولتحليل البيانات تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لتحديد درجة التطبيق، واختبار (ت)، واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي للتعرف على مدى وجود فروق تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة، واختبار شيفيه لتحديد اتجاهات الفروق، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: تطبيق المشرف التربوي بعضن معايير الجودة الشاملة في الورش التدريبية كان بدرجة متوسطة على كل من الاستبانة وبطاقة الملاحظة في الدرجة الكلية وفي المحاور الفرعية (التخطيط والتنفيذ واستخدام التقنيات الحديثة، والأنشطة الاثرائية، والتقويم). وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≤α) بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لاختلاف العمل الحالي لصالح المشرف التربوي، كما توجد فروق تعزى لاختلاف المرحلة الدراسية لصالح المرحلة المتوسطة، كذلك توجد فروق تعزى لاختلاف النوع لصالح الذكور في جميع المحاور ماعدا محور التقويم، كما توجد فروق تعزى لاختلاف التخصص في محوري التخطيط واستخدام التقنيات الحديثة لصالح التخصص الأدبي، في حين لم توجد فروق تعزى لاختلاف المؤهل العلمي.
This study aimed at identifying the degree of the educational supervisor’s implementation for some of total quality standards in performing training workshops of the teachers regarding (planning and execution and the use of modern technology as well as enrichment activities and evaluation) regarding the view of the sample and the actual performance of the supervisors according to observation card, and also identifying the existence of differences due to the present difference of work and the social gender, the academic stage, the specialization, and the scientific qualification of the study sample. In order to achieve the aim of the study, the researcher used the descriptive methodology. The tools were represented in a questionnaire and an observation card each of them consisted of (50) paragraphs divided on five sections; (planning and execution- the use of modern technology-enrichment activities-evaluation). The questionnaire was applied on random sample consisted of (204) male and female educational supervisors and (362) female and male teachers for all academic stages. The observation card was applied on (15) female and male educational supervisors. In order to the analyze data, the arithmetic averages and standard deviations were used to state the degree of application, and also (T) test and one –way ANOVA were used to identify the existence of differences according to study variables. Scheffe Test was used also to identify the directions of differences. The study concluded the following:-The application of the educational supervisor for some of total quality standards regarding training workshops was average regarding the questionnaire and the observation card in the total degree and the sub-sections (planning and execution - the use of modern technology - enrichment activitiese valuation).- There are significant statistical differences at (0.05=a) between the averages of the sample’s responses regarding the difference of the present work for the educational supervisor. There are differences regarding the difference of academic stage for the intermediate level. There are also differences regarding the difference of gender for males at all sections except the section of evaluation. There are also differences regarding the difference of specialization in the section of planning and the use of modern technology for literature specialization. There are no differences regarding the difference of the scientific qualification.
