المستخلص: إن الأسرة تعد اللبنة الأولى لبناء مجتمع قوي، وقد أسهم الوقف في دعم الأسرة؛ لتؤدي دورها في البناء والعطاء، وهذا البحث الذي جاء بعنوان: "دور الوقف الإسلامي في رعاية الأسرة بين التراث والمعاصرة" يعد محاولة لتجلية تاريخ الوقف في مجال الأسرة، وتقديم ملامح مضيئة لدوره في بناء أسرة قوية متماسكة، ونقطة للانطلاق من الفخر بماضي الأمة إلى إصلاح الحاضر، ووضع تصور لرؤية مستقبلية لتفعيل الوقف في خدمة الأسرة. ويهدف البحث إلى تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف، من أهمها: إبراز دور الوقف ورسالته في مجال الأسرة، والإسهام في إبراز الجذور الشرعية والتاريخية للوقف الإسلامي ودوره في دعم الأسرة المسلمة، وقد اعتمد الباحث على كل من المنهج الاستنباطي والتاريخي في تناول هذا الموضوع. وجاء البحث في تمهيد، وسبعة مباحث، وخاتمة، التمهيد: ضمنته التعريف بمصطلحات الدراسة كمفهوم الوقف وأنواعه ومفهوم الأسرة، ثم عرضت في المبحث الأول: دور الوقف في صياغة إنسان الأسرة الراشدة، والمبحث الثاني: الجذور الشرعية والتاريخية للوقف الذري ودوره في رعاية الأسرة المسلمة، والمبحث الثالث: الجذور الشرعية والتاريخية للوقف الخيرى ودوره في رعاية الأسرة المسلمة، والمبحث الرابع: دور الوقف الإسلامي في التصدي للتحديات في مجال الأسرة، والمبحث الخامس: دور الوقف الإسلامي في رعاية الأسر المسلمة خارج ديار الإسلام، والمبحث السادس: دور الوقف الإسلامي في رعاية الأسر غير المسلمة في ديار الإسلام، والمبحث السابع: نحو رؤية مستقبلية لتفعيل دور مؤسسة الوقف في رعاية الأسرة، أما الخاتمة: فقد تضمنت أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها، ثم ثبت بالمصادر والمراجع.

The family is the first building block for a strong society, and the endowment has contributed to supporting the family to play its role in building and giving. This research entitled: “The role of the Islamic endowment in caring for the family between heritage and contemporaneity” is an attempt to clarify the history of endowment in the field of the family. It also presents bright features of its role in building a strong and cohesive family, and as starting point from pride in the nation’s past to reform the present, and conceptualizing a future vision to activate the endowment in serving the family. The research aims to achieve a set of objectives, the most important of which are: highlighting the role of the endowment and its mission in the field of the family, and contributing to highlighting the legal and historical roots of the Islamic endowment and its role in supporting the Muslim family. The researcher relied on both deductive and historical approaches in dealing with this topic. The research is divided into an introduction, seven sections, and a conclusion. The introduction includes the definition of the terms of the study, such as the concept of endowment, its types and the concept of the family. Section one presents the role of the endowment in the formulation of an adult family. The second section presents the legal and historical roots of the lineage endowment and its role in caring for the Muslim family. The third section points out the legal and historical roots of the charitable endowment and its role in caring for the Muslim family. The fourth section shows the role of the Islamic endowment in facing challenges in the field of the family. The fifth section highlights the role of the Islamic endowment in caring for Muslim families outside the homes of Islam. The sixth section presents the role of the Islamic endowment in caring for non-Muslim families in the lands of Islam. The seventh The non-Muslim is towards a future vision to activate the role of the endowment institution in caring for the family. Finally, the conclusion includes the most important results followed by a list of sources and references.
