المستخلص: هذا البحث مقدمة وقسمين رئيسين والخاتمة والفهارس، أما المقدمة فقد اشتملت على مشكلة البحث، وأهداف البحث، وأهمية البحث العلمية، والدراسات السابقة في موضوع البحث، وحدود الموضوع، وهيكل البحث. وأما القسم الدراسي فقسمته إلى مبحثين: المبحث الأول: التعريف بالمؤلف، وتحته ستة مطالب: المطلب الأول: اسمه ونسبه وشهرته، المطلب الثاني: مولده ونشأته وشيوخه، المطلب الثالث؛ مذهبه الفقهي، وثناء العلماء عليه، المطلب الرابع: رحلاته العلمية، المطلب الخامس؛ مصنفاته، المطلب السادس: وفاته، المبحث الثاني: التعريف بكتاب (حقائق الأصول). وتحته أربعة مطالب: المطلب الأول: اسم الكتاب ونسبته للمؤلف وسبب تأليفه، المطلب الثاني: منهج المؤلف في الكتاب، المطلب الثالث: أبرز مصادره التي اعتمد عليها، المطلب الرابع: المصطلحات العلمية للمؤلف. وأما القسم الثاني؛ فقد اشتمل على تحقيق النص المختار، ويبدأ من بداية باب الإجماع وما يتصل به من مسائل. ثم الخاتمة وضمنتها أبرز النتائج والتوصيات، ثم ذيلت الدراسة بالفهارس العامة والمرجع والمصادر. وقد توصل البحث إلى نتائج، أهمها؛ بروز شخصية المؤلف العلمية من خلال كثرة إيراده للاعتراضات، والإجابة عليها، ومناقشة كثير من الأقوال والأدلة. كثرة الفروع الفقهية الواردة في الكتاب -التي امتاز بها-تزيد من فهم القواعد الأصولية، وهذه ميزة ثمينة، وعلق نفيس لأصوليي المذهب الحنفي، الذين أكثروا من إيراد الفروع الفقهية في مصنفاتهم الأصولية.

The research has been divided into an introduction and two main sections, conclusion and indexes. As for the introduction, it included the research problem, the aims of the research, the importance of scientific research, previous studies in the subject of research, the topic limits, and the structure of the research.as for the academic section, I divided it into two topics: The first topic: the definition of the author, and under it six requirements: the first requirement: his name, lineage and fame, the second requirement: his birth, origin and old age, the third requirement: his doctrinal doctrine, and the praise of scholars on him, the fourth requirement: his scientific trips, the fifth requirement: His works, the sixth requirement: his death, the second topic: the definition of the book (the facts of the origins). And under it are four demands: the first requirement: the name of the book, its proportion to the author and the reason for its authorship, the second requirement: the author’s method in the book, the third requirement: the most prominent sources on which he relied, the fourth requirement: the scientific terms of the author. As for the second section, it included the fulfillment of the chosen text, and it starts from the beginning of the chapter on consensus and related issues. Then the conclusion included its most prominent findings and recommendations, then the study was appended to general indexes, references and sources. the research reached results, the most important of which are: the emergence of the author’s scientific personality through frequent references to objections, answering them, and discussion of many sayings and evidence. The large number of jurisprudential branches mentioned in the book - which he distinguished - increases the understanding of fundamentalist rules, and this is a precious advantage, and a valuable commentary for the fundamentalists of the Hanafi school, who have increased the revenue of the branches of jurisprudence in their fundamentalist compilations.
