المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى رصد جودة برنامجي الوثائق والمعلومات والمكتبات والمعلومات بكلية اللغة العربية بالمنوفية جامعة الأزهر بالاعتماد على المعيار المرجعي لبرامج المكتبات والمعلومات للجامعات العربية الصادر عن الاتحاد العربي للمكتبات والمعلومات في نوفمبر 2016م، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي القائم على أسلوب التقويم الذاتي من خلال تقييم واقع الاعتماد الأكاديمي للبرنامجين محل الدراسة بالاعتماد على المعايير الفرعية للمعيار المرجعي لبرامج المكتبات والمعلومات، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تبني ثقافة الجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي بأقسام المكتبات والمعلومات بالوطن العربي؛ لأنها الضمانة الوحيدة لمسايرة التطورات المستمرة في مجال التخصص، وضرورة ترسيخ العمل المشترك تحت لواء الاتحاد العربي للمكتبات والمعلومات، وبإشراك كل الجمعيات المهنية العربية بغية وضع معايير عربية لاعتماد برامج تكوين إخصائي المكتبات والمعلومات تتفق مع خصوصيات وواقع كل دولة عربية، وتحديد آليات وكيفيات تطبيقها بشكل يضمن تحقيق الجودة المطلوبة في العملية التعليمية، وضرورة إعداد برنامج تعليمي ذي صبغة عالمية في تعليم المعلومات والمكتبات؛ ليسهم في تمكين البرامج العربية من الوصول إلى الاعتماد العالمي.

The study aimed to monitor the quality of the documents, information, libraries and information programs at the Faculty of Arabic Language in Menoufia, Al-Azhar University, based on the reference standard for the programs of libraries and information for Arab universities issued by the Arab Federation for Libraries and Information in November 2016 AD, and the study used the descriptive and analytical approach based on the method of self-evaluation by assessing the reality of accreditation The academic study of the two programs under study is based on the sub-criteria of the reference standard for library and information programs. The study concluded the necessity of adopting a culture of quality and academic accreditation in the departments of libraries and information in the Arab world. Because it is the only guarantee to keep pace with the continuous developments in the field of specialization, and the need to consolidate joint work under the banner of the Arab Federation for Libraries and Information, and to involve all Arab professional societies in order to set Arab standards for the adoption of programs for the formation of a specialist in libraries and information in line with the peculiarities and reality of each Arab country, and to determine the mechanisms and methods of their application in a manner that guarantees Achieving the required quality in the educational process, and the need to prepare an educational program with a global character in information education and libraries; To contribute to enabling Arab programs to reach international accreditation.
