المستخلص: هدف البحث التعرف على متطلبات وضوابط مفسري القرآن الكريم، واستخدم المنهج الاستنباطي، وجاء مكونا من المقدمة التي شملت التمهيد للبحث وبيان مشكلته وأسئلته وأهدافه وأهميته ومنهجه وعرضن بعض الدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة به، ثم خمسة مباحث وعدة مطالب على النحو التالي: جاء المبحث الأول بعنوان: الإطار المفاهيمي لتفسير القرآن الكريم، وتكون من مطلبين، جاء المطلب الأول عن: مفهوم التفسير لغة، وجاء المطلب الثاني عن معنى التفسير في الاصطلاح، بينما كان المبحث الثاني بعنوان: مناهج وطرق التفسير، وتكون من أربعة مطالب على النحو التالي: المطلب الأول: التفسير بالمأثور وما له وما عليه، المطلب الثاني: التفسير بالرأي وما له وما عليه، المطلب الثالث: تفسير الفرق الإسلامية المختلفة وما له وما عليه، المطلب الرابع: كتب التفسير الخاصة، وجاء المبحث الثالث بعنوان: المهارات والعلوم التي يحتاجها المفسر للقرآن الكريم، وتكون من خمسة مطالب على النحو التالي: المطلب الأول: المهارات المتطلبة للتفسير العلمي للقرآن الكريم، المطلب الثاني: الأصول التي يرجع إليها في تفسير القرآن الكريم، المطلب الثالث: العلوم التي يحتاج إليها المفسر، المطلب الرابع: ضوابط تدريب المفسرين، المطلب الخامس: خصائص شخصية المفسر، وجاء المبحث الرابع بعنوان: ضوابط ومتطلبات الاجتهاد في تفسير القرآن الكريم، وتكون من أربعة مطالب على النحو التالي: المطلب الأول: مفهوم الضوابط، المطلب الثاني: الضوابط التي على المفسر مراعاتها في عملية التفسير، المطلب الثالث: الشروط التي يشترطها العلماء في المفسر، المطلب الرابع: ضوابط الاجتهاد في تفسير القرآن الكريم، ثم جاء المبحث الخامس والأخير بعنوان: كيفية الوقوف على تفسير سورة من القرآن مع تطبيق عملي لخطوات التفسير وما ينبغي على المفسر مراعاته في كل منها، ثم خاتمة البحث وما اشتملت عليه من أبرز النتائج والتوصيات والمقترحات.

The aim of the research is to identify the requirements and regulations of the interpreters of the Noble Qur’an, and use the deductive approach, and it came as a component of the introduction that included the introduction to the research, the explanation of its problem, its questions, its objectives, its importance and its approach, and the presentation of some previous studies related to it, then five investigations and several demands as follows: The conceptual framework for the interpretation of the Noble Qur’an, and it consisted of two requirements. The first requirement came about: the concept of exegesis as a language, and the second requirement came about the meaning of interpretation in the term, while the second topic was entitled: Methods and methods of interpretation, and it consisted of four demands as follows: The first requirement: interpretation In the tradition and what it has and what it is, the second requirement: interpretation by opinion and its and what it is, the third requirement: the interpretation of the different Islamic sects and their and what they have, the fourth requirement: books of interpretation, and the third topic came under the title: skills and sciences that the interpreter needs for the Holy Qur’an, and it consists of Five demands are as follows: The first requirement: the skills required for the scientific interpretation of the Holy Qur’an, the second requirement: the principles to which he refers in the interpretation of the Noble Qur’an, the third requirement: the sciences that the interpreter needs, a The fourth requirement: Controls for training commentators, the fifth requirement: Characteristics of the interpreter’s personality. The fourth topic came under the title: Guidelines and requirements for ijtihad in the interpretation of the Noble Qur’an, and it consisted of four demands as follows: The first requirement: the concept of controls, the second requirement: the controls that the interpreter must observe in The process of interpretation, the third requirement: the conditions that the scholars stipulate in the exegete, the fourth requirement: the controls of ijtihad in the interpretation of the Noble Qur’an, then came the fifth and final topic entitled: How to stand on the interpretation of a surah of the Qur’an with a practical application of the steps of interpretation and what the interpreter should take into account in each of them Then, the conclusion of the research and the most prominent results, recommendations and proposals included in it.
