تتناول هذه الدراسة بيان العلاقة بين أسلوب 5S الليني على تحسين العمليات الداخلية، كما تهدف إلى معرفة أثر أسلوب S5 الليني على تحسين العمليات الداخلية، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة وبلغ حجم العينة (358) مفردة، كما تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS لتحليل بيانات تلك القائمة. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم صياغة مجموعة من الفروض وللتحقق من صحة هذه الفروض تم استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية. وقد كشفت نتائج البحث بوجود اتجاه عام بالموافقة على توفر أسلوب 5S الليني بالمستشفيات موضع الدراسة وكذلك لكل بعد من أبعاده، كما اتضح وجود اتجاه عام بالموافقة على تحسين مستوى العمليات الداخلية بتلك المستشفيات. وأخيرا كشفت نتائج البحث على وجود ارتباط معنوي إيجابي وقوي بين تطبيق أسلوب S5 الليني وأبعاده وتحسين العمليات الداخلية بالمستشفيات موضع الدراسة. كما وضحت نتائج الانحدار الخطي المتعدد وجود تأثير معنوي لأبعاد أسلوب S5 الليني مجتمعة في العمليات الداخلية بالمستشفيات موضع الدراسة.
This study investigate the relationship between of Applying 5S Lean Method on Improving internal processes, and aims also to determine the impact of 5S Lean Method on Improving internal processes, The study relied on collecting data on a survey list that included (30) phrases drawn from some previous scientific studies. A random sample was chosen from the study population. The sample size was (358) individuals. The SPSS statistical program was also used. to analyze the data of this list. To achieve the research objectives, a set of hypotheses was formulated. To verify the validity of these hypotheses, a set of statistical methods were used. The results of the research revealed that there is a general trend by agreeing to the availability of the 5S lean method in the hospitals under study as well as for each of its dimensions, as it was clear that there is a general trend with approval to improve the level of internal operations in these hospitals. Finally, the results of the research revealed a positive and strong moral correlation between the application of the 5S dimensional method and its dimensions, and the improvement of internal operations in the hospitals under study. The results of multiple linear regression showed that there was a significant effect of the dimensions of the 5S method combined in the internal operations of the hospitals under study.
