المستخلص: من رحمة الله – تعالى – ولطفه، أن أحكام الشريعة من أوامر إنما كانت بما ينفعهم، ويوصلهم إلى سعادتهم، ويبلغهم الكمال، كما أن النواهي إنما كانت مما يضرهم، ويحط من قدرهم، ويبعدهم عن سعادتهم. ولما كانت الأظفار الإنسانية صغيرة في حجمها، دقيقة في جرمها، فقد يظن البعض أنها معدومة القيمة والأثر، فلا تلتفت إليها شريعتنا الغراء ببيان الأحكام المتعلقة بها، ولا يلتفت إليها الفقهاء بالنظر والاعتبار. وبين يدي هذا البحث كثير من الآراء الفقهية والأحكام المتعلقة بالأظفار، والتي إن دلت على شيء فإنما تدل على كمال الشريعة وبيان مدي شموليتها بوجود العديد من التطبيقات المختلفة لها في شتى الأبواب الفقهية، وهذا كله يصب في بيان أن هذه الشريعة من عند الله حقا، وأنها الخاتمة للرسالات كلها، وفي ذلك رد على من اتهم الشريعة الإسلامية بالتخلف والجمود ببيان أن الإنسان مخلوق مكرم بتكريم الله له، قال تعالى: ((وَلَقَدْ كرَّمْنَا بَنِى ءادَمَ..)) (الإسراء: 70). وفيه أيضا بيان لما وضعته الشريعة من قواعد عامة للأمور التي تتغير بتغير الحال والزمان والمكان، مطلقة للعقل مجال الاجتهاد والبحث، وحثها عليه في أحكام المسائل التي لم تنص عليها الشريعة نصا قطعيا، بجعلها للمصيب أجرين وللمخطئ أجرا. كل هذا تعرضت لبيانه بصياغة جديدة تحافظ على الثوابت في شريعتنا الغراء، مع المواكبة لمقتضيات العصر ولغته، قاصدا بذلك – إن شاء الله – الوصول إلى الحق، ولا شيء غيره، واقفا مع اتجاه من يعضده ويقويه الدليل، والله يقول الحق وهو يهدي السبيل.

From the mercy and kindness of God Almighty, that the rulings of Sharia are commands that benefit them, lead them to their happiness, and bring them to perfection, just as the prohibitions were rather that which harms them, demeans them, and keeps them away from their happiness. And since the human nails are small in size, accurate in their offense, some may think that they are of no value and effect, so our honorable Sharia does not pay attention to them by explaining the provisions related to them, and the jurists do not pay attention to them in consideration and consideration. In the hands of this research there are many jurisprudential opinions and rulings related to the nails, which, if they indicate anything, indicate the perfection of the Sharia and the extent of its comprehensiveness in the presence of many different applications of it in various jurisprudential chapters, and all this is in the statement that this law is really from God, and that it The conclusion of all the messages, and in this he responded to those who accused Islamic law of backwardness and rigidity by stating that man is a creature honored by God’s honor for him. It also includes an explanation of the general rules laid down by the Sharia for matters that change according to the change of state, time and place, freeing the mind in the field of diligence and research, and urging it to it in the provisions of issues that are not stipulated by the Sharia in a definitive text, by making them two wages for the afflicted and the sinner a reward. All this was exposed to his statement in a new formulation that maintains the constants in our glorious Sharia, while keeping pace with the requirements of the times and its language, intending by that - God willing - to reach the truth, and nothing else, standing with the direction of those who are supported and strengthened by the evidence, and God says the truth and He guides the path ..
