يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية للنهوض بنشاط المسرح المدرسي في المدارس التابع لإدارة كفر الشيخ التعليمية، وذلك من خلال التعرف على واقع المشاركة المجتمعية الخاصة بهذا النشاط، والكشف عن أهم المعوقات التي تعوقه من وجهة نظر أخصائي النشاط المسرحي، وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي واستعان باستبانة لجمع المعلومات وطبق على عينه قوامها (75) أخصائيا مسرحيا. وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: - أن مشاركة الأسرة في مجال النشاط المسرحي جاءت بنسبة ضعيف، ومشاركة إدارة المدرسة، ومؤسسات المجتمع المحلي جاءت بنسبة متوسطة. - أن أهم معوقات تحقيق المشاركة المجتمعية تتمثل في ضعف الوعي المجتمعي بمفهوم المشاركة وأهميتها، وغياب ثقافة التطوع وخدمة المجتمع عند المواطنين وعدم وجود مسرح مدرسي بالمدرسة. - قدم البحث تصورا مقترحا من شأنه زيادة فاعلية المشاركة المجتمعية في مجال النشاط المسرحي من قبل أولياء الأمور، وإدارة المدرسة، والمجتمع المحلى.
The current research aims to present an imagined proposal to activate community participation to advance the school theater activity in the schools affiliated to Kafr El Sheikh Educational Administration, by identifying the reality of community participation for this activity, and to reveal the most important obstacles that hinder it from the point of view of the theatrical activity specialist. The research followed the descriptive method and used a questionnaire to collect information and applied to a sample of (75) theater specialists. The research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: - The participation of the family in the field of theater activity came at a weak rate, and the participation of the school administration and local community institutions came at an average rate. - The most important obstacles to achieving societal participation are the weak societal awareness of the concept and importance of participation, the absence of a culture of volunteering and community service among citizens, and the absence of a school theater in the school. The research presented a suggested proposal that would increase the effectiveness of community participation in the field of theatrical activity by parents, school administration and the local community.
