المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على نسبة كل من الابتزاز العاطفي والشعور بالوحدة النفسية لدى عينة من طلاب الجامعة، والتعرف على العلاقة بين أبعاد الابتزاز العاطفي والشعور بالوحدة النفسية، والفروق بين الذكور والإناث في أبعاد الابتزاز العاطفي والشعور بالوحدة النفسية، كما حاولت الدراسة الكشف عن مدى إسهام أبعاد الابتزاز العاطفي في التنبؤ بالوحدة النفسية، وقد وجاءت أدوات الدراسة من إعداد الباحثة متمثلة في مقياس الابتزاز العاطفي لدى طلاب الجامعة، ومقياس الشعور بالوحدة النفسية لمدركة لدى طلاب الجامعة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من (٢٢٦) طالب وطالبة من طلاب الجامعة، وأظهرت النتائج وجود مستوى من الابتزاز العاطفي لدى عينة الدراسة بلغت نسبته المئوية للمقياس ككل (47.80%)، ووجود مستوى من الشعور بالوحدة النفسية لدى عينة الدراسة بلغت نسبته المئوية للمقياس ككل (53.59%)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين كل من الابتزاز العاطف والشعور بالوحدة النفسية لدى عينة الدراسة، وكذلك عدم وجود ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في كل من الابتزاز العاطفي والشعور بالوحدة النفسية لدى عينة الدراسة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة بعد استخدام تحليل الانحدار المتدرج إسهام بعد الابتزاز العاطفي غير المباشر ورد الفعل المبتز على الشعور بالوحدة النفسية حيث جاء بعد الابتزاز العاطفي غير المباشر في الترتيب الأول من حيث إسهامه في الشعور بالوحدة النفسية لدى عينة الدراسة يليه بعد رد فعل المبتز، بينما لم يسهم بعد الابتزاز العاطفي المباشر في الشعور بالوحدة النفسية لدى عينة الدراسة

The present study aims to identify both the incidence of emotional blackmail and psychological loneliness among a sample of university students and identify the relationship between the dimensions of emotional blackmail and psychological loneliness. It also aims to know the differences between males and females in the dimensions of emotional blackmail and psychological loneliness. The study also tried to reveal the extent to which the dimensions of emotional blackmail contribute to predicting psychological loneliness. The researcher prepared the study tools that included the scale of emotional blackmail among university students and the measure of psychological loneliness among them. The basic study sample consisted of (226) male and female students from the university. The results showed a level of emotional blackmail in the study sample, which reached (47.80%) at the scale and a level of psychological loneliness among them that reached (53.59%) over the scale. The results also showed a statistically significant correlation between both emotional blackmail and psychological loneliness in the study sample as well as the lack of statistical significance between males and females in both emotional blackmail and psychological loneliness in the study sample. The results of the study after using gradient regression analysis also showed that the indirect emotional blackmail dimension and the reaction of the blackmailer contribute to psychological loneliness. The indirect emotional blackmail dimension ranked first in terms of its contribution to psychological loneliness in the study sample, followed by the reaction of the blackmailer. The direct emotional blackmail dimension didn't contribute to psychological loneliness in the study sample. This abstract was translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc.
