|b The current study aims to determine (1) the relationship between the citizen’s problems and aspirations in unemployment, employment, and career concerns, (2) The impact of both sex and qualification and interaction at the level of concern and career. scale of citizen’s problems and aspirations in unemployment, employment, and career concerns (by researchers), and career concern scale (by …….) have been used. Using Random sample consist of (120) citizens where living in Ismailia. The results of the study goes to (1) there were statistical significant at level (0.05) between the citizens’ problems and aspirations in unemployment, employment, and career concerns, (2) There was statistical significance between gender, qualification, and there were statistical interaction on the career concern as dependent variables.
