المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الهوية الاجتماعية لدى البطالين الجامعيين وإبراز العلاقة الجدلية التي تربطها بتصوراتهم لمكانتهم الاجتماعية من خلال الاختيارات المهنية، حيث انطلقت هذه الدراسة من خلال معايشتنا وملاحظتنا المباشرة لظاهرة احتجاج البطالين المتكررة وأعمال الشغب، الذين يريدون العمل في الشركات البترولية المتواجدة بمدينة حاسي مسعود (ولاية ورقلة) بحثا عن المكانة الاجتماعية التي تمدها هاته الشركات للفرد فضلا عن الراتب المرتفع مهما كانت الوظيفة، بحجة أنها من حق أبناء الجنوب ولهم الأولوية في التوظيف فيها دون غيرهم.
وعليه ارتأينا إلقاء الضوء على الجانب الهوياتي الذي يساهم في تكوين نظرة الشباب نحو مستقبلهم المهني ومكانتهم الاجتماعية، من خلال تحليل اتجاه البطالين من أبناء الجنوب ومنطقة الدراسة بصفة خاصة للعمل فقط في الشركات البترولية مع توفر مناصب عمل في مجالات أخرى.


Cette étude visait à analyser l'identité sociale des chômeurs universitaires et à mettre en évidence la relation dialectique qui les lie à leurs perceptions de leur position sociale à travers des choix professionnels, où cette étude a été lancée à travers notre expérience et notre observation directe du phénomène des protestations répétées des manifestants et des émeutes, qui veulent travailler dans les compagnies pétrolières situées dans la ville Hassi Messaoud (Wilaya de Ouargla) à la recherche du statut social que ces entreprises fournissent à l'individu ainsi qu'au salaire élevé, quel que soit le poste, sous prétexte que c'est le droit des populations du Sud et qu'ils, seuls ont la priorité dans l'emploi et pas dans les autres.
En conséquence, nous avons décidé de mettre en évidence sur le côté identitaire, qui contribue à forger le regard des jeunes sur leur avenir professionnel et leur position sociale, en analysa t l'orientation des chômeurs de la population du Sud et de la zone d'étude notamment pour ne travailler que dans les compagnies pétrolièresmalgré la disponibilité des emplois dans d'autres domaines.


This study aimed to analyze the unemployed graduates' social identity and highlight the dialectical relationship that links it to their perceptions of their social status through professional choices. This study started through our direct experience and observation of the phenomenon of repeated protests and riots by the unemployed, who want to work in the oil companies located in the city of Hassi Messaoud (Warqla Province) in search of the social status that these companies provide to the individual as well as the high salary, irrespective of the types of the job, on the pretext that it is one of the rights of the people of the south and they have priority in employment in it, not others.
Accordingly, we decided to shed light on the identity aspect that contributes to the formation of the youth's view of their professional future and social status by analyzing the trend of the unemployed from the south and the study area, in particular, to work only in petroleum companies, with job positions available in other fields.
