يهدف البحث إلى إعداد برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات التطريز الآلي للخريجات لتأهيلهم لإقامة مشروعات صغيرة متوسطة، وقياس فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية الجوانب المعرفية في التطريز الآلي للخريجات لتأهيلهن لإقامة مشروعات صغيرة متوسطة، وقياس فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية الجوانب الأدائية لمهارات التطريز الآلي للخريجات لتأهيلهن لإقامة مشروعات صغيرة متوسطة من خلال اكسابهن المهارات اللازمة لبرنامج Wilcom Deco Studio e3.0 وتشغيل ماكينة التطريز (TAJIMA (TWMX C1501. وقد واتبع البحث المنهج التطبيقي وكانت العينة قصدية وعددهم (25) من خريجات كليات الاقتصاد المنزلي تخصص النسيج والملابس وأن تكون لديها الرغبة في التعاون مع الباحثة، وحاصلة على درجات متدنية على مقياس مهارة التطريز الآلي، وألا يقل عمر المتدربة عن 22 عاما. وبعد تنفيذ البرنامج واستخدام الأسلوب الإحصائي المناسب توصل البحث إلى أن نسبة الكسب المعدل في درجات الخريجات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لاختبار التحصيل المعرفي لبرنامج Wilcom Deco Studio e3.0 وماكينة التطريز (TAJIMA TWMX C1501. (1.68) وهي قيمة مقبولة لأنها أكبر من الواحد الصحيح، وبالتالي يمكن القول أن تطبيق برنامج تدريبي بمهارات التطريز الآلي يتصف بدرجة مقبولة من الفاعلية فيما يختص بتنمية التحصيل المعرفي فهو يحقق نسبة كسب معدل (ثابت بلاك) أكبر من (1.02) ، وأيضا نسبة الكسب المعدل في درجات الخريجات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهارى (ككل) وعند كل مكون من مكوناتها (1.510، 1.651، 1.658، 1.657، 1.662، 1.636) علي الترتيب وهي قيمة مقبولة لأنها أكبر من الواحد الصحيح، وبالتالي يمكن القول أن تطبيق برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات التطريز الآلي يتصف بدرجة مقبولة من الفاعلية فيما يختص بتنمية الأداء المهارى فهو يحقق نسبة كسب معدل (ثابت بلاك) أكبر من (1.02)، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة موجبة بين درجات الخريجات في التطبيق البعدي علي اختبار التحصيل المعرفي ودرجاتهم علي بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهارى حيث بلغت قيمة "ر" (0.645) وهي دالة عند مستوي (0.01) مما يؤكد علي وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة موجبة بين درجات الخريجات في التطبيق البعدي علي اختبار التحصيل المعرفي ودرجاتهم علي بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهارى وبالتالي يمكن القول أن تطبيق برنامج تدريبي بمهارات التطريز الآلي يتصف بدرجة مقبولة من الفاعلية.
