|a تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على التفاعل الاجتماعي وعلاقته بدافعية الإنجاز لدى طلاب كلية الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية بمحافظة الأحساء ومدى تأثر تلك العلاقة ببعض المتغيرات وهي المستوى الجامعي، للتخصص الأكاديمي (الشريعة - أصول الدين - اللغة العربية - اللغة الإنجليزية)، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصف الارتباطي على عينة عشوائية مقترحة من (160) من طلاب كلية الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية بمحافظة الأحساء، ولكي تحقيق الدراسة أهدافها قام الباحث بتصميم مقياس التفاعل الاجتماعي لاستخدامه في الدراسة الحالية وللإجابة عن تساؤلاتها، ومقياس دافعية الإنجاز من إعداد (العتيبي، 2015)، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى عينة الدراسة على الأداة الكلية هو بدرجة (فوق المتوسط)، وإلى وجود فروق ظاهرية بين متوسطات درجات استجابات طلاب الكلية حول التفاعل الاجتماعي تعزى لمتغير المستوى الجامعي، وإلى وجود فروق ظاهرية بين متوسطات درجات استجابات طلاب الكلية حول التفاعل الاجتماعي تعزى لمتغير التخصص الأكاديمي، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى عينة الدراسة على الأداة الكلية هو بدرجة (فوق المتوسط)، وإلى وجود فروق ظاهرية بين متوسطات درجات استجابات طلاب الكلية حول دافعية الإنجاز تعزى لمتغير المستوى الجامعي، ووجود فروق ظاهرية بين متوسطات درجات استجابات طلاب الكلية حول دافعية الإنجاز تعزى لمتغير التخصص الأكاديمي، وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة وذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة التفاعل الاجتماعي وبين درجة دافعية الإنجاز. وصيغت في ضوء نتائج الدراسة بعض التوصيات والبحوث المقترحة.

|b The study aims to explore social interaction and its relationship to achievement motivation among students of the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies in Al-Ahsa Governorate and the extent of that relationship affected by some variables, namely the university level, for academic specialization (Sharia - Fundamentals of Religion - Arabic Language - English), and the researcher used the relational description approach on A randomly proposed sample of (160) students from the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies in Al-Ahsa Governorate. In order to achieve the study's goals, the researcher designed the social interaction scale for use in the current study and to answer its questions, and the achievement motivation scale from Preparation (Al-Otaibi, 2015), and the results of the study revealed that the level of social interaction among the study sample on the total test is a degree (above average), and that there are significant differences between the averages of the degrees of responses of college students about social interaction due to university level, and to the presence of significant differences between The average scores of college students ’responses to social interaction due to academic specialization. The study results also indicated that the level of motivation for achievement in the study sample on the total tool is with a degree (above average), and that there are significant differences between the mean scores of responses of college students about the achievement motivation due to university level, and the presence of significant differences between the averages of the degrees of responses of the college students about the motivation for achievement attributable to the variable of academic specialization, and this study has found a positive and statistically significant correlation between the degree of social interaction and the degree of motivation of achievement. In the light of the results of the study, some recommendations, and proposed research were discussed.
