هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين فاعلية الذات المدركة ودافعية الإنجاز، ومعرفة الفروق في مستوى إدراك فاعلية الذات المدركة بين الذكور والإناث، ومعرفة الفروق في مستوى إدراك دافعية الإنجاز بين الذكور والإناث، واستخدم الباحث في إجراء هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ الذي يقدم توضيحا للعلاقات بين الظواهر المختلفة، ويقوم بتفسيرها وتحليلها، واستخلاص النتائج والتوصيات؛ مما يساعد على فهم العوامل التي تؤثر على هذه الظواهر. وتألفت عينة الدراسة من (300) طالب وطالبة من كلية التربية في جامعة المرقب بالخمس. واستخدم الباحث مقياس فاعلية الذات المدركة، ومقياس دافعية الإنجاز، وكشفت الدراسة عن وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين فاعلية الذات المدركة ودافعية الإنجاز، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات الذكور والإناث على مقياس فاعلية الذات المدركة لصالح الذكور، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات الذكور والإناث على قياس دافعية الإنجاز، وكانت الفروق لصالح الذكور. انتهت هذه الدراسة باقتراحات وتوصيات تهدف إلى إجراء المزيد من الدراسات الوصفية والارتباطية لفحص العلاقة بين فاعلية الذات المدركة ودافعية الإنجاز على مستوى طلبة المدارس والجامعات، وإجراء دراسات تجريبية تسهم في تحسين مستوى فاعلية الذات المدركة ودافعية الإنجاز لدى الذكور والإناث.
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the effectiveness of self-motivation, achievement, and knowledge of the differences in the level of awareness of the effectiveness of self between males and females, and knowledge of the differences in the level of awareness of achievement motivation between males and females, and the researcher used in this study descriptive analytical method, which provides clarification of the relationships between different phenomena and the interpretation, analysis and conclusions and recommendations, which helps to understand the factors affecting these phenomena. The study sample consisted of (300) male and female students from the Faculty of Education at the University Observatory Balkhms. The researcher used the measure of the effectiveness of the self, and the measure of achievement motivation, the study revealed a relationship statistically significant at the level of significance (0.01) between the effectiveness of self and achievement motivation, study also found that there are significant differences between the average scores of males and females to measure the effectiveness of self in favor of males , and the presence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of males and females on the measurement of achievement motivation and the differences were in favor of males And ended this search suggestions and recommendations aimed at further studies are descriptive and relational to examine the relationship between the effectiveness of self-motivation and achievement at school and university students, and conduct empirical studies contribute to improving the effectiveness of self-motivation and achievement among males and females.
