|b Sufism appeared in the Zayani Central Maghreb as a strong and effective current in the intellectual arena, where many flags adopted it and took care of it in practice and composition, and as it has appeared in a juristic environment some may believe that between these two currents ( juristic and mystical) will arise conflict, aversion and estrangement, given many considerations are perhaps the most prominent of these behaviors and practices, but the opposite is what happened. This article aims to highlight the features of the friendly relationship that existed between jurists and Sufis during the Zayani era, and highlight the most important aspects.

|a ظهر التصوف في المغرب الأوسط الزياني كتيار قوي وفعال في الساحة الفكرية، حيث تبناه الكثير من الأعلام واعتنوا به ممارسة وتأليفا، وباعتبار أنه قد ظهر في بيئة فقهية فقد يعتقد البعض أنه سوف ينشأ بين هذين التيارين (الفقي والصوفي) صراع ونفور وقطيعة، نظرا لكثير من الاعتبارات لعل أبرزها السلوك والممارسات، لكن العكس هو ما حدث فقد وجدت علاقة ود وتواصل بينهما . وتهدف هذه المقالة إلى إبراز ملامح العلاقة الودية التي كانت قائمة بين الفقهاء والمتصوفة خلال العهد الزياني، وتسليط الضوء على أهم مظاهرها
