يتمثل الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة في التعرف على واقع البرامج التدريبية المقدمة من عمادة تطوير المهارات لتنمية مهارات البحث العلمي لطالبات الدراسات العليا بجامعة الملك سعود، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. كما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة والمتمثل في طالبات الماجستير بكلية التربية بجامعة الملك سعود، وقد بلغ حجم مجتمع الدراسة والذي أجريت عليه الدراسة بالكامل (44) طالبة ماجستير. وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها: أن هناك موافقة بين أفراد الدراسة على دور البرامج التدريبية المقدمة من عمادة تطوير المهارات في تنمية مهارات البحث العلمي لطالبات الدراسات العليا، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أفراد الدراسة اكتسبن وبدرجة متوسطة مهارات البحث العلمي من البرامج المقدمة من عمادة تطوير المهارات في مجال تنمية مهارات البحث العلمي. كما بينت النتائج أن هناك موافقة إلى حد ما بين أفراد الدراسة على وجود معوقات تحد من فاعلية البرامج المقدمة من عمادة تطوير المهارات لتنمية مهارات البحث العلمي لدى طالبات الدراسات العليا. وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها، قدمت الباحثة العديد من التوصيات أبرزها: الحرص على تنمية برامج العمادة في مجال البحث العلمي، وذلك من خلال توسيع مجال مشاركة طلبة الدراسات العليا في تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية الفعلية لهم، وإعادة النظر في أوقات طرح الدورات والبرامج التدريبية المتعلقة بتنمية مهارات البحث العلمي بما لا يتعارض مع أوقات الجداول الدراسية للطلبات. وتكثيف البرامج والدورات التدريبية المتعلقة بمجال البحث العلمي في الأسابيع الأولى من الدراسة، لضمان التحاق أعداد كبيرة من الطالبات بالبرامج.
A Proposed Concept for Enhancing the Role of Deanship of The main objective of the study is represented by identifying the reality of the training programs provided by the Deanship of Skills Development to develop the skills of scientific research for graduate students at King Saud University. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data from the study population, which is represented by the master students at the Faculty of Education, King Saud University. The size of the study population was 44 students. The study revealed a number of results, including: There is agreement among the members of the study on the role of the training programs provided by the Deanship of Skills Development in the development of the skills of scientific research for postgraduate students. The study also found that the members of the study acquired, on a medium level, the skills of scientific research from the programs provided by the Deanship of Skills Development in the field of developing scientific research skills. The results also showed that there is some agreement among the members of the study on the existence of obstacles that limit the effectiveness of programs provided by the Deanship of Skills Development to develop the skills of scientific research among postgraduate students. In light of the results reached, the researcher provided several recommendations, the most important of which are: - To ensure the development of the Deanship's programs in the field of scientific research, by expanding the area of participation of postgraduate students in determining the actual training needs for them. - Review the times of lunching courses and training programs related to the development of scientific research skills, not inconsistent with the times of the schedules of applications Intensifying the programs and training courses related to the field of scientific research in the first weeks of the study, to ensure the enrolment of large numbers of students.
