يعد مدخل إدارة رأس المال الفكري، بمثابة الثروة الحقيقية لكليات التربية، والمصدر الجديد لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية لها، فالمنافسة الحقيقية بين كليات التربية أصبحت تتمثل في محاولة بناء وتنمية رأس المال الفكري الخاص بها بكافة الوسائل الممكنة، كما أصبحت القيمة الحقيقية لكليات التربية لا ترجع فقط إلى رأس مالها المادي، وإنما ترجع أيضًا إلى رأس مالها الفكري - والذي يعبر عن كل من رأس المال البشري، والتنظيمي، والاجتماعي - والذى يعد هو الأساس في ابتكار التقنيات، والسبيل لتنفيذ الخطط الرامية إلى بناء وتنمية قدرتها التنافسية. وفى ضوء ما سبق عرضه يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد أهم المتطلبات اللازمة لتحسين القدرة التنافسية لكليات التربية بجامعة المنصورة في ضوء الاستفادة من مدخل إدارة رأس المال الفكري، وقد سار البحث في محاولته للإجابة عن تساؤلاته وفق خطوات المنهج الوصفي، وتمثلت أداة البحث في استبانة وجهت لعينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم والبالغ عددهم (١٨٧ العاملين في كليات (التربية، التربية النوعية، التربية الرياضية، ورياض الأطفال) بنسبة (27.74%) من المجتمع الأصلي. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها ضرورة توفير مجموعة من المتطلبات البشرية اللازمة لتحسين القدرة التنافسية لكليات التربية بجامعة المنصورة في ضوء الاستفادة من مدخل إدارة رأس المال الفكري، والتي منها: حث أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم بكليات التربية على المشاركة في المؤتمرات المحلية والدولية، تشجيعهم على نشر انتاجهم العلمي في دوريات إقليمية أو عالمية ذات معامل تأثير مرتفع، وتوفير فرص التعليم والتعلم المستمر الرسمية وغير الرسمية بكليات التربية مثل: ورش العمل، والمنتديات العلمية بالإضافة إلى المتطلبات التنظيمية والتي من أهمها: الاعتماد على معايير واضحة لترقية أعضاء هيئة التدريس، ربط خططها البحثية بخطط التنمية وحاجات المجتمع، وتطوير برامجها وفق منظومة الجودة وبما يتماشى مع المستجدات المعاصرة، هذا فضلاً عن المتطلبات المادية والتي منها: إثراء مكتبة كليات التربية بأحدث المراجع والدوريات العربية والأجنبية، توفير تقنيات التعليم والتعلم الحديثة في القاعات التدريسية، وتوفير مكتبة رقمية بكليات التربية.
The Intellectual Capital Management Approach is considered the real wealth of faculties of education, and the new source to achieve their competitive advantage. The real competition among faculties of education has represented in the attempt to build and develop their intellectual capital by all possible means, and became the real value of the faculties of education, not only due to their capital material, but also because of their intellectual capital - which expresses both , the human, the organizational and the social capital . This is the basis for technological innovation, and the way to implement plans to build and develop the intended competitiveness. In the light of the foregoing, the current research aims to identify the most important requirements for improving the competitiveness of the faculties of education at Mansoura University in light of the benefit of The Intellectual Capital Management Approach. To answer its questions, the research was conducted according to the steps of the descriptive approach. The research tool was a questionnaire applied to a sample of (187) Faculty members and their assistants of faculties (Education, Specific Education, Physical Education and kindergartens) ,by (27.74%) of the original community. The research concluded several results. The most important of which is the need to provide a set of human requirements necessary to improve the competitiveness of the faculties of education at Mansoura University in light of benefiting from the intellectual capital management approach. This includes: urging faculty members and their assistants at the faculties of education to participate in local and international conferences; encouraging them to publish their scientific production in regional or global periodicals with high coefficient of impact; providing continuous formal and informal education and learning opportunities at the faculties of education such as: workshops, scientific forums , in addition to the organizational requirements, the most important of which are :depending on clear criteria for the promotion of faculty members, linking their research plans to development plans and community needs, and developing their programs according to the quality system and In line with modern developments. As well as physical and material requirements, including: enriching the library of the faculty of education with the latest Arab and foreign references and periodicals, providing modern teaching and learning techniques in classrooms, and providing a digital library in the faculties of education.
