هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلي الكشف عن مدي فعالية برنامج تدريبي تخاطبي في خفض اضطرابي الإبدال والحذف وأثر ذلك في تنمية بعض المهارات الاجتماعية والمتمثلة في (مهارات التواصل مع الآخرين، ومهارات المشاركة الاجتماعية) لدي أطفال متلازمة داون، كما هدفت إلي التحقق من استمرارية فعالية البرنامج التدريبي في خفض اضطرابي الإبدال والحذف لدي أطفال متلازمة داون بعد توقفه، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٥) أطفال، (٣ ذكور)، (2 إناث)، وقد حدث تسرب لأطفال عينة الدراسة وأصبح العدد النهائي الذي طبق عليه برنامج الدراسة الحالية هو (٤) أطفال، (٢) ذكور، (٢) إناث، وتراوحت أعمار عينة الدراسة من (٨-١٠) سنوات، كما تراوحت درجات ذكاءهم ما بين (٥٥- ٧٠) علي مقياس ستانفورد بينيه الصورة الرابعة، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة من مدرسة التربية الفكرية بالمنصورة، ، وقد استخدام الباحث مقياس كفاءة النطق المصور (إعداد: إيهاب الببلاوي)، استمارة تقييم أعضاء النطق لدي الأطفال (إعداد: الباحث)، استمارة البيانات الأولية (إعداد: الباحث)، مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية لدي أطفال متلازمة داون (إعداد: الباحث)، البرنامج التدريبي (إعداد: الباحث)، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج شبه التجريبي وذلك لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة الحالية، حيث تناول الجانب التدريبي لخفض بعض اضطرابات النطق لدي أطفال متلازمة داون، وقد استخدم التصميم القبلي- البعدي من خلال منهج دراسة الحالة لأطفال عينة الدراسة الذين يعانون من الإبدال والحذف في الكلام، وبعد انتهاء البرنامج تم تطبيق قياس تتبعي (بعد شهر)، وقد تم استخدام منهج دراسة الحالة لمعرفة مدي التغير الذي يحدث لكل حالة علي حده بعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي عليها، وقد أسفرت الدراسة الحالية عن تحقق الفرض الأول للدراسة حيث كان هناك اختلاف بين درجات القياسات القبلية ودرجات القياسات البعدية علي مقياسي كفاءة النطق المصور والمهارات الاجتماعية وذلك لكل حالة علي حده، وتحقق الفرض الثاني للدراسة حيث لم يكن هناك اختلاف بين درجات القياسات البعدية ودرجات القياسات التتبعية علي مقياس كفاءة النطق المصور لكل حالة علي حده، كما أظهرت إحدى الحالات فروقاً طفيفة بين التطبيقين البعدي والتتبعي، مما يشير إلي ضرورة استمرار تدريب الحالة لفترات أطول.

The tribal-dimensional design was used through the case study curriculum for the Children of the study sample who suffer from substitution and speech deletion, and after the programme has been completed, a tracking measure has been applied (after a month), and has been Use the case study method to determine the extent of change that occurs for each individual case after applying the training program to it.
